Ալեն Սիմոնյանն իր պատվիրակության կազմով կմեկնի Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ: Այս մասին  կարգադրություն է ստորագրել ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը.

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի գործունեության երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքի 209-րդ հոդվածով` կարգադրում  եմ.

1. ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի եւ լիագումար նիստերի, ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի հանձնաժողովների նիստերի աշխատանքներին մասնակցելու համար 2025 թվականի ապրիլի 16-19-ը Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ (Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն)  գործուղել Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը՝ հետեւյալ կազմով.

2. Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-գլխավոր քարտուղարի պարտականությունները ժամանակավոր կատարող Է. ԽԱՆԶՐԱԴՅԱՆԻՆ` գործուղման հետ կապված ճանապարհածախսի, ներկայացուցչական ծախսերի, օրապահիկի եւ գիշերավարձի (5 անձի)՝  ըստ փաստացի  կատարած ծախսերը հավաստող փաստաթղթերի վճարումը կատարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեով Ազգային ժողովին այդ նպատակի համար հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին՝ հաշվի առնելով Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ի «Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների եւ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի աշխատողների՝ օտարերկրյա պետություններ գործուղումների կազմակերպման եւ գործուղման ծախսերի հատուցման կարգը հաստատելու մասին եւ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի 2018 թվականի մայիսի 1-ի Կ-127-Ա կարգադրությունն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» Կ-364-Ա կարգադրության պահանջները:

 3. Ընդունել ի գիտություն, որ գործուղման հետ կապված գիշերավարձի (6 անձի) վճարումը կատարում է ԱՊՀ ՄԽՎ-ն»:
