Մկրտության արարողության ժամանակ արված խմբակային լուսանկարը` ուրիշի կնոջը սիրահետելու և ծեծի ենթարկվելու առիթ

Մկրտության արարողության ժամանակ արված խմբակային լուսանկարը` ուրիշի կնոջը սիրահետելու և «ծեծվելու» առիթ: «Փաստինֆո»-ի հաղորդմամբ` դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2024թ դեկտեմբերին, երբ համայնքի բնակիչները միասին մասնակցել են մկրտության արարողության, ապա` միասին լուսանկարվել, ինչից հետո արարողությանը մասնակից տղամարդկանցից մեկը սկսել է հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկել լուսանկարում պատկերված կնոջը, որն ամուսնացած էր, ապա` հանդիպումներ պահանջել:
Այդ ամենի մասին իմանալով` կնոջ ամուսինը կնոջ անունից պատասխանել է տղամարդուն և «ժամադրել» Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ համայնքի Շահումյան բնակավայրում գտնվող «Աղաջանի վանք» կոչվող վայր, որը գտնվում է Երասխ-Երևան ավտոմայրուղուց շուրջ 700 մետր հեռավորության վրա: Պայմանավորվածության համաձայն տղամարդն այցելել է նշված վայրը, որտեղ նրան «դիմավորել» է կնոջ ամուսինը և ծեծի ենթարկել` հարվածներ հասցնելով ոչ միայն ձեռքերով և ոտքերով, այլև` փայտով: Ֆիզկական բռնությամբ, սակայն, նեղսրտած ամուիսնը չի բավարարվել. Որոշել է նաև գույքային վնաս հասցնել` կոտրելով նաև տղամարդու ավտոմեքենայի հողմապակին` հասցնելով նաև 51,000 դրամի չափով գույքային վնաս:
Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում ամուսնուն մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով, այն է` առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը, որն իրականացվել է զենքի կամ մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու համար նախապես պատրաստված առարկայի գործադրմամբ: Ամուսնու նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել տնային կալանքը` համակցված գրավով և բացակայելու արգելքով: Գործն այժմ Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վարույթում է:
