Հայ-թուրքական երկխոսությունը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների պաշտոնական հաստատմանը և սահմանի բացմանը, այլև լայնածավալ առևտրին. այս մասին, TRT-ի փոխանցմամբ, Անթալիայում միջազգային դիվանագիտական ֆորումի շրջանակում Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Հաքան Ֆիդանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո ասել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
«Մենք երկուսս էլ հասկանում ենք, որ վերջնական նպատակը հարաբերությունների լիարժեք կարգավորումն է, ներառյալ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումը և ամբողջ սահմանի բացումը։ Մեր երկխոսությունը վերաբերում է ոչ միայն դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների պաշտոնական հաստատմանը և սահմանի բացմանը: Խոսքը լայնածավալ առևտրի մասին է: Քննարկել ոնք նաև որոշ համատեղ էներգետիկ նախագծեր և երկրների միջև տարանցման հնարավորություններ»,- ասել է ԱԳ նախարարը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք անդրադարձել են միջազգային ֆորումներում համագործակցության թեմային։
«Որովհետև իրականությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ երբեմն, երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է, օրինակ, մերձավորարևելյան խնդիրներին, մեր հայացքները, մեր ընկալումները ավելի մոտ են, քան կարելի է ենթադրել», - հավելել է նա:
ԱԳ նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ Անկարայի և Երևանի միջև արդեն որոշակի քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են «օդային տարածքի օգտագործումը», և երկու երկրների փորձագետները քննարկումներ են անցկացրել Մարգարա-Ալիկան սահմանային անցակետի և Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթուղու վերաբերյալ։
Այնուամենայնիվ, նա խոստովանել է, որ որոշ ոլորտներում առաջընթացը կանգ է առել: «Մենք պայմանավորվածություն ունեինք սահմանը բացելու երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների, ինչպես նաև դիվանագիտական անձնագրեր ունեցող Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար։ Ցավոք , այս պայմանավորվածությունը դեռևս կյանքի չի կոչվել»,- ասել է նախարարը։
