Սլովակիայում ավարտին մոտեցող ըմբշամարտի Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում այսօր՝ ապրիլի 13-ին պետք է գոտեմարտեր Օլիմպիական խաղերի ոսկե, կրկնակի արծաթե և բրոնզե մեդալակիր, աշխարհի քառակի և Եվրոպայի 7-ակի չեմպիոն Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը։
Հայ մարզիկը 97 կգ քաշայինների բրոնզե մեդալի համար պայքարում պետք է մրցեր հունգարացի Ալեքս Շոկի հետ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Հայաստանի ըմբշամարտի ֆեդերացիայի ծառայությունը, Արթուր Ալեքսանյանի վնասվածքի պատճառով գոտեմարտը չեղարկվել է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանում անցկացված հավաքի ընթացքում օլիմպիական չեմպիոնը ճակատի վնասվածք էր ստացել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալեքսանյանը պայքարը սկսել էր 1/8 եզրափակչից, որտեղ 5:1 հաշվով առավելության էր հասել էստոնացի Ռիչարդ Կարելսոնի նկատմամբ, իսկ քառորդ եզրափակչում 5:2 հաշվով հաղթել էր վրացի Նիկոլոս Կախելաշվիլիին, որը ներկայացրել էր Իտալիան: Կիսաեզրափակչում Ալեքսանյանը համառ պայքարում 1։2 հաշվով ցավալի պարտություն էր կրել աշխարհի կրկնակի փոխչեմպիոն, Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն բուլղարացի Կիրիլ Միլովից։
