Ընդամենը մեկ օր առաջ ՀՀ վարչախմբի ղեկավարը, որն իրեն օրեր առաջ տգետ էր հռչակում, Սյունիքում շվարած հարցնում էր խեղճ գյուղացիներին եվ իրեն ուղեկցող պորտաբույծներին, թէ որքան ջրամատակարարման աբոնենտ կա երկրում !:
Բնականաբար ոչ ոք չգիտեր !:
Սույնով տեղեկացնում ենք դրան եվ իր հետ պետության հացը ուտողների, որ'
Վեոլիա Ջուր ՓԲԸ սպասարկում է մայրաքաղաք Երևանը, 45 այլ քաղաքներ, 334 գյուղեր: Ընդամենը 380 բնակավայր: Դրանից բացի, այն մեծածախ ջրամատակարարման ծառայություններ է մատուցում 76 բնակավայրի: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ընկերությունը սպասարկում է 805 000 բաժանորդի, որից ակտիվ է 622 000 բաժանորդ:
Վեոլիա Ջուր ընկերությունն իր շուրջ 2900 աշխատակիցներով հանձն է առել ապահովել սպասարկման տարածքի խմելու ջրի արտադրության և վաճառքի, կեղտաջրերի մաքրման համակարգերի կառավարումը, բնակավայրերի բաշխիչ ցանցերի արդյունավետության բարձրացումն ու զարգացումը:
Այս խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով ընկերությունում ստեղծվել են համապատասխան տնօրինություններ. «Հյուսիս» եւ «Հարավ» շահագործման, Առևտրային, Տեխնիկական, Վարձակալության պայմանագրի կառավարման և այլն: Գործում են նաեւ Ջրի որակի, Ներդրումների և զարգացման, Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, Մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման, Գնումների վարչությունները, Հանրային կապերի, Որակի, առողջության և անվտանգության, Առևտրային վերահսկողության, Նամակագրության եւ մի շարք այլ բաժինները:
Համաձայն պայմանագրի` Վեոլիա Ջուր ընկերությունն իր գործունեության ընթացքում նախատեսում է սպառողներին մատուցել 800 միլիոն եվրոյի ջրամատակարարման, ջրահեռացման եւ կեղտաջրերի մաքրման ծառայություններ, ապահովել զգալի ներդրումներ սեփական միջոցներից (հիմնականում առկա համակարգերի շահագործման, վերանորոգման ու պահպանման նպատակով) ու մուտքագրել պետբյուջե զգալի գումար որպես ՀՀ պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող համակարգերի վարձակալության վճար:
