«Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր Ավետիք Չալաբյանն այցելել է Ազատության հրապարակում ցուցարարներին և զրուցել նրանց հետ։
Հանդիպման սկզբում Չալաբյանը նշեց, որ այցի նպատակն է ծանոթանալ առաջիկա անելիքներին և, հնարավոր է, իր համեստ ներդրումն ունենալ։ Բողոքի շարժման ներկայացուցիչներն ընդգծել են, որ իշխանություններին ուղղված հիմնական պահանջն է պահպանել Արցախ կոլեկտիվ վերադարձի իրավունքը, Բաքվում պահվող բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակումը, արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծումը՝ միգրացիան կանխելու համար։ Ընդգծվել է, որ դրանք հուզում են ոչ միայն արցախցիներին, և ակնկալվում է հասարակության լայն շերտերի աջակցություն Հայաստանից և Սփյուռքից։ Խորհրդակցություններից հետո հետագա գործողությունների մասին հայտարարություն կարվի այսօր ավելի ուշ։
Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ վերադարձի իրավունքը հիմնարար է, և հետագա պայքարի տեսանկյունից անընդունելի է հետ կանգնել դրա իրագործումից։ Չալաբյանը նշեց, որ այսօր ռեժիմի ղեկավարը (նկատի ունի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին) հայտարարել է, որ հակամարտությունն ավարտված է, և Մինսկի խումբը պետք է լուծարվի։ «Սա տարօրինակ հայտարարություն է, քանի որ պարզ չէ, թե որն է լուծումը, եթե լուծումը բնակչության տեղահանությունն է և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի օկուպացումը, ապա ես հայտարարում եմ, որ մենք՝ որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ, չենք համարում դա որպես լուծում և հակամարտության վերջ»,- ընդգծեց Չալաբյանը։
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ հակամարտությունը սկսվել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից ղարաբաղցիների իրավունքների ոտնահարմամբ և հանգեցրել է զինված հակամարտության, մինչդեռ խախտումները ոչ միայն չեն վերացվել, այլ ստացել են ցեղասպանական բնույթ։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ դուք տեր կանգնեք ձեր իրավունքներին, և մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք օգնելու համար,-ասաց Չալաբյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, առանց հումանիտար խնդիրների լուծման խաղաղ պայմանագիր չի կարող լինել, և Բաքվում կա առնվազն 23 բանտարկյալ, ևս 8 տասնյակ բանտարկյալների մասին տարբեր տեղեկություններ կան։
Չալաբյանը կարծում է, որ իշխանությունները պարտավոր են աջակցել Արցախի բնակչության սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծմանը, ինչպես նաև ապահովել կոմպակտ կենսապայմաններ6, որպեսզի համայնքները չփլուզվեն։ Կարևոր է նաև ժողովրդագրական մակարդակի պահպանումը: Բացի այդ, Չալաբյանը մատնանշեց արցախցիների՝ արցախյան քաղաքացիության իրավունքը, մանավանդ, որ Հայաստանի օրենսդրությունը թույլ է տալիս երկքաղաքացիությունը։
