Ապրիլի 12-ին վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 23:50-ի սահմաններում «Արտաշատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ դանակահարված ու անգիտակից վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է ժամանել ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու և գտնվում է վիրահատարանում։

Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորի կյանքի համար, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արարատի մարզի քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի գլխավորությամբ, պարզում են վիրավորի ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Արամ Հ.-ն է, ով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի հետին մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող, արյունահոսող վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ։

Արարատի մարզի քրեական ոստիկանները պարզում են, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, Արտաշատ քաղաքի Օգոստոսի 23 և Աճառյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում՝ Աշտարակի շուկայի մոտակայքում, միջանձնային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ 19-ամյա Լևոն Հ.-ն, 24-ամյա Միքայել Պ.-ն, 19-ամյա Յուրիկ Թ.-ն, 21-ամյա Արման Պ.-ն և հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Արամ Հ.-ն, որի ընթացքում վերջինս ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ով այս պահին գտնվում է «Արտաշատ»  բժշկական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
