Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել․

«Այսօր ամփոփվել են ՀՀ կառավարության հետ բանակցությունները, որի արդյունքում կառավարությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել կատարել հետևյալ քայլերը՝

Երկու ամսով (մինչև հունիսի 1-ը) 40,000 բնակվարձի աջակցություն տրամադրել բոլոր այն տեղահանված անձանց, որոնք մինչև ապրիլի 1-ը եղել են բնակվարձի աջակցության ծրագրի շահառու.

Ձևավորել փորձագիտական խմբեր՝ բովանդակային ու մանրամասն կերպով քննարկելու բնակվարձի աջակցության, բնակարանային և զբաղվածության ծրագրերը՝ առաջարկելու այդ ծրագրերի նշանակալի բարեփոխումներ:

Կառավարության ներկայացուցիչներն ընդունել են, որ այդ ծրագրերը էական բարելավման կաիք ունեն՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով համապատասխան վերանայումները կատարել փորձագիտական խմբերի առաջարկների հիման վրա.

Փորձագիտական խմբերը ձևավորել Խորհրդի ու կառավարության կողմից ազատ ու լիիրավ կերպով ներկայացված մասնագետներից.

 Այս փուլում ոչ մի այլ ընդառաջ քայլ չի քննարկվում ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից, որոնք կարող են առնչվել Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի՝ մարտի 29-ին հրապարակված պահանջագրի մնացած 11 կետերի կատարմանը:

Կառավարությունն ակնկալում է Խորհրդից այդ ընթացքում հանել Ազատության հրապարակում տեղադրված շտաբ-վրանը և աշխատանքները տեղափոխել մասնագիտական դաշտ:

Այժմ, հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալ զարգացումները՝ Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը հայտարարում է՝

Մենք ցանկանում ենք կարևորագույն ու հրատապ հարցերի շուրջ սկսած հանրային քննարկումները շարունակել ավելի լայն ձևաչափով՝ լսելու ժողովրդի տարբեր շրջանակների կարծիքներն ու առաջարկները մեր հետագա որոշումների ու անելիքների շուրջ։

Ուստի, խնդրում ու հորդորում ենք բոլոր շահագրգիռ ու սրտացավ անձանց և կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին առաջիկա օրերին ներկայացնել ձեր դիտարկումներն ու առաջարկները՝ թե՛ այցելելով Ազատության հրապարակի վրան և թե՛ գրելով Խորհրդի ֆեյսբուքյան էջին։

Բացի դրանից, Խորհրդի ներկայացուցիչները կկազմակերպեն հանրային հանդիպումներ տարբեր վայրերում՝ լսելու համար հատկապես արցախցիների կարծիքները և համատեղ քննարկելու մեր անելիքները:

Նման ձևաչափով քննարկումների արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո՝ հաջորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը կհայտարարի միասնական որոշման ու հետագա անելիքների մասին:

Ինչպիսի որոշում էլ կայացնենք համաժողովրդական քննարկումների արդյունքում, մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար պայքարը՝ չբացառելով ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ չարգելված որևէ միջոցի կիրառում որևէ պահի»:
