ՀՅԴ-ն փորձում է սոցապնախարարի պորտֆելը փոխել Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնով

ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ կոալիցիոն բանակցությունները ամենայն հավանականությամբ կհանգուցալուծվեն այս շաբաթվա վերջ: Այսօր երեկոյան Դաշնակցությունն է նիստ հրավիրել, վաղը Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմնի նիստն է, որտեղ ամփոփվելու են բանակցություններն ու կուսակցականներին կներկայացվեն վերջնաարդյունքը:

NEWS.am-ի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ դեռեւս չի հաջողվում վերջնական համաձայնության գալ մեկ մարզպետի ու մեկ նախարարության հարցի շուրջ: Դաշնակցությունը պահանջում է երեք՝ Շիրակի, Արագածոտնի եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետների պաշտոններն ու երկու՝ էկոնոմիկայի եւ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունները, սակայն իշխանությունը Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի պաշտոնի հարցում համառում է, դրա դիմաց առաջարկում է սոցապ նախարարությունը: Ըստ ՀՀԿ-ական շրջանակների՝ Դաշնակցությունը հակված է այս մարզին այն պաատճառով, որ այն աչքի չի ընկնում հակաիշխանական տրամադրվածությամբ եւ ՀՅԴ-ում հույս ունեն, որ այստեղից խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ կկարողանան քվե կորզել: Առայժմ ՀՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները հավանական են համարում, որ հարցը կլուծվի երեք նախարարության եւ երկու մարզպետի պորտֆելով: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի թեման այսօր արդեն փակված էր համարվում։

Քննարկումների հանգուցալուծումը ձգձգվում է նաեւ կադրային քաղաքականության պատճառով: ՀՅԴ-ում չեն կարողանում գլխավոր եւ առանցքային պաշտոնների «խոստումնալից» թեկնածուների ցանկ ներկայացնել: Ներկայացվածներից ոչ բոլորն են արժանանում իշխանության հավանությանը: Բացի ՀՅԴ-ՀՀԿ բանակցություններից, դեռեւս պաշտոնները զբաղեցնելու շուրջ հայտարարի չեն գալիս նաեւ Դաշնակցության ներսում: Օրինակ, ըստ լուրերի, պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանին ուզում են գործուղել մարզ, սակայն վերջինս պայքարում է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի պաշտոնի համար:
