աղ 2 պտղունց
Ինչպես պատրաստել
Կաթը եռացնել, ապա լցնել խմորիչը, ավելացնել 500 գրամ ալյուր: Դնել տաք վայրում և այն սրբիչով ծածկել, խմորը պետք է կրկնակի մեծանա: Ձվի դեղնուցը շաքարավազով և վանիլային շաքարով հարել: Սպիտակուցը մեկ պտղունց աղով հարել: Ապա ձվի դեղնուցն ու սպիտակուցը խառնել: Լցնել մնացած ալյուրը: Այս խմորը նույնպես դնել տաք վայրում 50-60 րոպե: Չամիչը տաք ջրով թրջել: Երկու խմորները խառնել իրար և լցնել չամիչը: Թավան կարագով պատել և լցնել խմորը: Դնել 180C ջեռոցի մեջ 35 րոպե:
