Շաքե Իսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել․ 

«Օրակարգն է Կենտրոնում» հաղորդաշարի շրջանակներում հետաքրքիր զրույց եմ ունեցել ՀՀ Արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Արա Այվազյանի հետ, ով օրերս հանդես էր եկել ծավալուն հոդվածով՝ «Ինչու՞ օրակարգում հայտնվեց Հայոց Ցեղասպանության հարցը»: Մի քանի օրից Հայոց Ցեղասպանության զոհերի ոգեկոչման օրն է՝ ապրիլի 24-ը, որը իմ և իմ սերնդի ողջ գիտակցական կյանքում անասելի հստակ խորհուրդ է ունեցել, մենք գիտեինք ում ենք ոգեկոչում, մենք գիտեինք ինչ ենք կորցրել: Ապրիլի 24-ը ամեն ինչից զատ, հենց այդպիսի՝ համահայկական միասնության օր էր: Ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը բարոյական հարց լինելուց զատ և առաջ նաև անվտանագային հարց է: Ինչու՞ բարոյական, որովհետև անուրանալին ուրանալ փորձող պետությունը առնվազն արժեքային հենքով որքանո՞վ կարող է կենսունակ լինել: Փաստորեն մենք առաջինն ենք, որ պետական մակարդակով ասում են «պատմությունը պատմություն, մենք նախընտրում ենք ապագան»…

Մինչդեռ այսօրվա աշխարհակարգը ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ապացուցում է, որ 21-րդ դարում ցեղասպանություններ իրականացնելը կարծես թե «թույլատրելի» է դարձել, խաղաղ քաղաքների ռմբակոծություններ, խաղաղ բնակչության ոչնչացում և այլն… Արցախի օրինակը մեր ներկան է, ոչ անցյալը… Մարդիկ 21-րդ դարում, խաղաղ, գեղեցիկ գյուղերից, քաղաքներից 2 օրում դուրս եկան իրենց տներից, թողնելով ամեն ինչ՝ տուն-բիզնես, դպրոց, համալսարաններ, եկեղեցիներ, ամբողջ աշխարհի աչքի առաջ: Այս պայմաններում արդյո՞ք ճիշտ է հաշվարկված, որ լռելը, ուրանալը, մոռանալը, ոչինչ չպահանջելը կտա անվտանագային երաշխիքներ:
