Ուժային կառույցներում իրավիճակը սրվում է

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով Գեորգի Կուտոյանը երեկ նշանակվել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ: Մինչ այս Կուտոյանը զբաղեցնում էր Սերժ Սարգսյանի օգնականի պաշտոնը եւ համակարգում էր դատաիրավական ոլորտը: Նրանից առաջ նախագահականում այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում էր ՀՀ ներկայիս գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանը, որը 2011-ին նշանակվեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ, իսկ 2013-ին դարձավ գլխավոր դատախազ: Կուտոյանը եւ Կոստանյանը ընկերներ են, երկուսն էլ համարվում են իշխանության երիտթեւի ներկայացուցիչներ:
Կուտոյանի՝ երեկվա նշանակումից հետո դատաիրավական ոլորտում լուրեր տարածվեցին այն մասին, որ նա նախագահականից դատախազություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին փոխարինելու հեռանկարով: Իսկ Կոստանյանը դառնալու է ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ: Ինչպես ասում են՝ ուժային մյուս կառույցների ղեկավարները՝ ի դեմս ԱԱԾ, ՔԿ եւ ՀՔԾ պետերի, հասան իրենց նպատակին: Կոստանյանը կհեռանա դատախազությունից եւ այլեւս չի կարողանա «ջահելություն» անել ու ոչ ցանկալի բաներ զեկուցել Սերժ Սարգսյանին:
Սակայն այս տեղափոխության համար դեռ հարկավոր է, որ ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի գործող նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը հրաժարական ներկայացնի: Թերեւս սա է ամենադժվար լուծելի խնդիրը: Բանն այն է, որ դեռեւս 2011 թվականից Մկրտումյանին փորձում են պարտադրել, որ նա հրաժարական ներկայացնի: Բայց չի անում՝ պնդելով, որ եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ցանկանում է, թող ինձ ասի, հրաժարական կտամ: Սակայն ո՛չ Սարգսյանը եւ ո՛չ էլ նրա ենթականերից որեւէ մեկը նման հանձնարարական չի հնչեցնում, քանի որ կստացվի քրեական հանցագործություն: Այս իրավիճակի ադյունքն է, որ Արման Մկրտումյանը դեռեւս պաշտոնավարում է»:
