ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեկնարկում է անշարժ գույքի գրավադրմամբ սպառողական վարկեր

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդները կարող են ստանալ մինչև 30 մլն ՀՀ դրամի չափով  վարկ՝ որպես գրավ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի տարածքում գտնվող բնակելի տներ, բնակարաններ կամ առևտրային նշանակության անշարժ գույք: Վարկի առավելագույն գումարը կազմում է գրավադրված գույքի գնահատված արժեքի 60%-ը:

Վարկային պրոդուկտն առաջարկում է ճկուն պայմաններ՝ տարեկան անվանական տոկոսադրույքը տատանվում է 17,5%-ից մինչև 21,5% (փաստացի տոկոսադրույք՝ 18,9%- 23,8%), մարման ժամկետը՝ 3-7 տարի: Առաջարկի առանձնահատկությունն է՝ առանց տույժերի վաղաժամկետ մարման հնարավորությունը, ինչպես նաև վարկի սպասարկման ամսական վճարի և հայտի դիտարկման միջնորդավճարի բացակայությունը:

«Անշարժ գույքի գրավադրմամբ վարկը թույլ է տալիս հաճախորդներին ստանալ ավելի մեծ գումար՝ ավելի երկար ժամկետով, քան սովորական սպառողական վարկի դեպքում։ Սա ընդլայնում է մեր հաճախորդների ֆինանսական հնարավորությունները և օգնում նրանց իրականացնել իրենց ծրագրերը։ Ակնկալում ենք, որ մինչև 2025թ․-ի վերջ այս պրոդուկտի շրջանակում տրամադրված վարկերի ծավալը կգերազանցի 2 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամը», - նշում է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրենի-Տնօրինության նախագահի տեղակալ Տարաս Կլադչենկոն։​

Վարկը կարելի է ստանալ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղում: Դիմելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել վարկառուի, համավարկառուի, գրավատուի սոցիալական քարտ, անձնագիր կամ ID քարտ, ինչպես նաև գրավի առարկայի սեփականության վկայական:
