«Գեղարդ» վերլուծական․ Լեհաստանի մայրաքաղաք Վարշավայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատունը լուսանկարչական հերթական ցուցահանդեսն է կազմակերպել՝ կրկին մեղադրելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն «ադրբեջանական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման» մեջ։ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանը մեր մշակութային հիշողության մեջ» խորագիրը կրող ցուցահանդեսը մասն է Բաքվի ռեժիմի քարոզչության, որը փորձում է աշխարհին ներկայանալ «մշակութային ժառանգությունը համամարդկային արժեք»-ի շղարշով՝ քողարկելով Հայաստանի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային պահանջատիրության հերթական դրսևորումներն ու հայ ժողովրդի հոգևոր-մշակութային դարավոր ժառանգության յուրացման փորձերը։
Ցուցահանդեսի բացմանը Տվարդովսկիի հրապարակում ներկա էին ոչ միայն Լեհաստանում Ադրբեջանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Նարգիզ Գուրբանովան, պատգամավորներ, ադրբեջանական սփյուռքի ակտիվիստներ, այլև՝ Լեհաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարներ, գիտության, մշակույթի և արվեստի գործիչներ, կրոնական համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Ցավալի է, որ միջազգային տարբեր կազմակերպությունների կողմից Ադրբեջանի հակահայկական այս քաղաքականության բարձրաձայնման և բազմիցս դատապարտման պարագայում գտնվում են գործիչներ, ովքեր մասնակցում են նման բովանդակություն ունեցող միջոցառումներին։ Դատապարտելի են Ադրբեջանի՝ պատմությունը վերաձևակերպելու, իբրև թե «խաղաղության, հաշտության և արդարության»-ը ծառայեցնելու փորձերը։ Ցուցահանդեսին ներկայացնելով «պատմական փաստաթղթերի պատճեններ, տեղահանության տեսարաններ և ավերված հուշարձանների լուսանկարներ»՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է հայերին մեղադրել, այսպես կոչված, «ադրբեջանցիների էթնիկ զտումների, նրանց մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացման» մեջ։ Մինչդեռ Նախիջևանում և բռնազավթված ու էթնիկ զտման ենթարկված Արցախում հենց Ադրբեջանն է ոչնչացրել և հետևողականորեն շարունակում է ջնջել հայկական մշակութային հետքն ու ժառանգությունը։
«Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամը կոչ է անում բոլոր այն երկրներին ու կազմակերպություններին, որոնք կազմակերպում և անցկացնում են նմանատիպ միջոցառումներ, չնպաստել Ադրբեջանի կողմից հակահայկական կեղծ թեզերի տարածմանն ու Բաքվի կողմից հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության յուրացման հերթական փորձերին։ Դժվար թե ազգային ինքնության փնտրտուքի մեջ գտնվող ժողովուրդն ունենա «մշակութային հիշողություն», որը բնորոշ է միայն պատմություն ունեցող հնագույն ազգերին։
