Ռոման Ի.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Աղաջան Թ.-ի և Ռուբեն Վ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խմբի կազմում Ռոման Ի․-ի ամուսնության նպատակով անչափահաս Նանար Մ․-ին առևանգել նպատակադրվելու համար։

Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաև Աղաջան Թ.-ին և Ռուբեն Վ.-ին։

Այս մասին Iravaban.net-ը տեղեկացել է «Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից։

Գործը դատարան է ստացվել հունվարի 10-ին և մակագրվել դատավոր Բորիս Բախշիյանին։

Տղամարդիկ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 26-ին ավտոմեքենայով գնացել են Արարատի մարզի միջնակարգ դպրոցներից մեկի ուղղությամբ: Տեսնելով Նանար Մ․-ին՝ Ռուբեն Վ․-ն կանգնեցրել է ավտոմեքենան, այնուհետև Ռոման Ի․-ն և Աղաջան Թ․-ն իջել են ավտոմեքենայից և 2008 թվականին ծնված անչափահաս աղջկան բացահայտ առևանգելու ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ, անտեսելով երրորդ անձանց ներկայությունը՝ աղջկա կամքին հակառակ՝ վերջինիս կամքը ճնշելով, նրա ցուցաբերած դիմադրությունը հաղթահարելով, բռնություն գործադրելով, այն է՝ բռնել են նրա ձեռքերից, ոտքերից, քաշել և ստիպողաբար նստեցրել են ավտոմեքենայի հետևի նստատեղին և հեռացել այնտեղից:

Աղջկան տեղափոխել են Ռոման Ի․-ի մորեղբորը պատկանող բնակարան:

Դատարանը վճռել է Ռոման Ի․-ին մեղավոր ճանաչել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 191-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 5-րդ կետերով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից անչափահասին առևանգելը) նախատեսված հանցագործության կատարման մեջ և նրա նկատմամբ նշանակել պատիժ՝ ազատազրկում՝ 4 տարի ժամկետով։  Պատիժը պայմանականորեն չկիրառել՝ սահմանելով փորձաշրջան՝ 2 տարի ժամկետով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
