ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության և Երևանի քրեական ոստիկանության վարչության, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մալաթիայի բաժնի ծառայողները, համագործակցելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները հետ, պարզել են ապրիլի 21-ին Երևանի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի Բ2 թաղամասի Իսակովի 85 շենքի բակում վիրավորում ստացած քաղաքացու ինքնությունը։ 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ «որովայնի առաջային պատի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք, աղիների արտանկումով» ախտորոշմամբ նշված վայրից «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել Երևանի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Արմեն Մ.-ն, ում վիճակը բժիշկները գնահատել են ծայրահեղ ծանր, իսկ հիվանդանոցում նրա հարազատները բժիշկներին հայտնել են, որ նա վնասվածքները ստացել է վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։

Դեպքի փաստով Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժնում «խուլիգանություն և սպանություն փորձ» հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ և ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործունեություններ՝ դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները պարզելու, մասնակիցների, այդ թվում՝ կրակոցներ արձակողի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան և հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, ապրիլի 21-ին  դանակահարություն էր եղել ու կրակոցներ էին հնչել Երևանում: Ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, նույն գլխավոր վարչութան Երևանի քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Մալաթիայի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի Բ2 թաղամասի Իսակովի 85 շենքի բակում դանկահարություն է եղել, որից հետո հնչել են կրակոցներ և կա վիրավոր: 
 
Դեպքի վայրում ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել էին 1 կրակված և 2 չկրակված պարկուճ. կրակվածը հայտանբերել են նշված շենքի 2-րդ մուտքի 1-ին հարկի վերելակի մոտ, նշված մուտքի աստիճանների ճաղավանդակի վրա հայտնաբերել են նաև արնանման հետքեր: 
 
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ 1 հոգի տեղափոխվել էր «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոն: 
 
Ոստիկանները պարզում էին՝ արդյոք վիրավորը դանակահարությա՞ն, թե՞ կրակոցի արդյունքում է տուժել:
