Ֆասթ Բանկը թվային ինքնության մատակարար ընկերության՝ imID հիմնադիր խորհրդի անդամ և բաժնետեր է
SOCIETYՀայաստանյան 10 բանկերի, որոնց թվում իր խոշոր ներդրումով նաև Ֆասթ Բանկն է, ինչպես նաև հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի 3 օպերատորների գործուն աջակցությամբ ստեղծվել է imID ընկերությունը, որը տրամադրում է էլեկտրոնային ինքնության լուծումներ անհատների, բիզնեսների և պետական մարմինների համար։ Ֆասթ Բանկը հանդիսանում է imID թվային ինքնության մատակարար ընկերության հիմնադիր խորհրդի անդամ և բաժնետեր, ընկերությունը նպատակ ունի աջակցելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, ինչպես նաև դրա սահմաններից դուրս էլեկտրոնային ինքնության, անհատին տրվող բոլոր տեսակի փաստաթղթերի, օրինակ՝ տարատեսակ իրավահարաբերություններում կիրառվող պայմանագրերի, ստորագրության անվտանգ թվային այլընտրանք ստեղծելուն։
«Ֆասթ Բանկը կարևորում է գործընթացների և առաջարկվող ծառայությունների թվայնացման զարգացումը, մասնավորապես բանկային ոլորտում։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով Բանկը որոշում է կայացրել, որպես բաժնետեր, մասնակցել imID ընկերության նախաձեռնությունների իրականացման գործընթացում։ Ներկա դրությամբ imID-ն արդեն գործածել է ինքնության նույնականացման ավտոմատ կիրառումը, հաջորդ քայլով նախատեսում է գործածել ստորագրության նույնականացումը և տվյալների փոխանակումն ավելի անվտանգ միջավայրում։ Կարծում եմ՝ սա դրականորեն կանդրադառնա վերջնական օգտատերերի համար, կատարել գործարքներ ավելի արագ, հարմար և ապահով միջավայրում», - ասել է Ֆասթ Բանկի Հատուկ սերվիսների կառավարման ծառայության ղեկավար Զելիմ Սիմոնյանը։
Քանի որ հայաստանյան imID-ն նպատակ ունի ստանալ Եվրամիության eIDAS կարգավորման համապատասխանության հավաստագիր և դառնալ որակավորված վստահության ծառայություններ մատուցող (QTSP) ընկերություն, օգտատերերն առաջիկայում ապահովված կլինեն թվային ինքնությունների և գործարքների փոխճանաչելիության հնարավորությամբ Եվրոպական Միության բոլոր երկրներում։ Պարզ ասած՝ Ֆասթ Բանկը որպես imID հիմնադիր խորհրդի անդամ և բաժնետեր նպաստում է, որ ծառայության օգտատերերն առանց ֆիզիկական ներկայության անհրաժեշտության իրականացնեն էլեկտրոնային գրանցում, մուտք գործեն imID-ով, հաստատեն գործարքներ, ստորագրեն ցանկացած թվային փաստաթուղթ առցանց՝ խնայելով ժամանակը։
Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ թե՛ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման, և թե՛ ինքնությունը հաստատող յուրաքանչյուր գործարք ապահովված է հզոր գաղտնագրման և գործառնական պաշտպանական մեխանիզմներով։
«Մեր այս նախաձեռնության նպատակն է ստեղծել թվային ինքնության այնպիսի էկոհամակարգ, որն ամբողջովին նոր ընթացք կտա երկրի թվային ապագայի զարգացմանը, կլինի թվային վստահության հիմքը Հայաստանում։ Այսօր հպարտությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ imID-ն արդեն գործում է՝ հիմնված ամբողջությամբ նոր, ժամանակակից ենթակառուցվածքի վրա, որը նախագծվել է ապահովելու ԵՄ eIDAS կարգավորման լիարժեք համապատասխանություն։ Սա նշանակում է, որ մենք այս ամենն ստեղծում ենք ոչ միայն այսօրվա համար, այլև ապահով ապագայի համար, որտեղ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներն ու կազմակերպությունները կկարողանան լիարժեք ինտեգրվել միջազգային թվային համակարգերին», - ասել է imID-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Կարեն Մկոյանը։
Նշենք, որ այս պահի դրությամբ ծառայությունից օգտվում է 125 000 անձ։
