Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանը Բաքվի բանտից 168.am-ին ընտանիքի միջոցով հեռախոսային ձայնագրություն է փոխանցել, որը ներկայացնում ենք մեր ընթերցողների ուշադրությանն առանց փոփոխության:
«Սիրելի՛ բարեկամներ, ժողովո՛ւրդ:
Ես ուզում եմ դիմել ձեզ բոլորիդ ու ասել՝ մի՛ անհանգստացեք, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է մեզ հետ: Նոր այստեղի լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություն է դուրս եկել 1992թ. Իվանյանի դեպքերի մասին իմ ասածի լրիվ հակառակի մասին: Նրանք մեկնաբանել են մի ձև, ես ասել եմ լրիվ հակառակ բան:
Ես ասել եմ, որ այդ դեպքերի պատասխանատուն հենց այս՝ ադրբեջանական կողմն է, և դա եղել է ներիշխանական պայքարի արդյունք:
Բացի դրանից, ես երբեք չեմ ասել, որ գոյություն ունի Իվանյանի ազատագրման համար պարգև: Դա նույնպես սխալ է ձևակերպված: Վաղը ես դատական նիստի ժամանակ դրա մասին բարձրաձայնելու եմ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ նորմալ ենք: Շատ լավ են վերաբերվում, հատկապես՝ մեկուսարանում: Որևէ խնդիր չունենք: Մի անգամ նույնիսկ վատ խոսք չեն ասել, սուր հայացք չեն նետել մեր ուղղությամբ:
