МВФ: К 2027 году глобальный госдолг может увеличиться до уровня, не виданного со времен Второй мировой войны

При крайне неблагоприятном сценарии к 2027 году глобальный государственный долг может увеличиться примерно до 117 процентов ВВП, то есть до уровня, не наблюдавшегося со времен Второй мировой войны и превышающего прогнозы на соответствующий год примерно на 20 процентных пунктов. Об этом говорится в докладе Международного валютного фонда (МВФ).

Согласно базовому прогнозу, представленному в апрельском выпуске доклада «Перспективы развития мировой экономики» 2025 года, в 2025 году глобальный государственный долг увеличится еще на 2,8 процентного пункта ВВП, а к концу текущего десятилетия этот показатель приблизится к 100 процентам ВВП, превысив максимальный уровень, достигнутый в период пандемии.

Согласно документу, в более трети стран в 2025 году ожидается увеличение уровня долга по сравнению с 2024 годом.

На общую долю этих стран приходится 75 процентов мирового ВВП, и в их число входят основные игроки — Китай и США, — а также Австралия, Бразилия, Германия, Индонезия, Италия, Мексика, Россия, Саудовская Аравия, Соединенное Королевство, Франция и Южная Африка. Риски для перспектив в налогово-бюджетной сфере повысились со времени публикации «Бюджетного вестника» за октябрь 2024 года.

Глобальный уровень долга, подверженного риску через три года, — показатель, охватывающий все факторы риска до конца 2024 года, — увеличился на 2 процентных пункта ВВП.
