Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ուղերձը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 110-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ․

«Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

Այսօր մենք ոգեկոչում ենք Մեծ Եղեռնի՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը, ովքեր զոհ գնացին 1915 թվականից ահագնացած կոտորածներին եւ զանգվածային տեղահանություններին։

Օսմանյան Կայսրության գոյության վերջին շրջանում տեղի ունեցած այդ իրադարձությունները խորը հետք են թողել յուրաքանչյուր հայի հոգու եւ գիտակցության մեջ, Հայաստանի շատ քաղաքացիների համար ցեղասպանությունը ոչ միայն ազգային, այլեւ ընտանեկան, անձնական ողբերգություն է։

Այս ողբերգությունը վերապրելը վերջին ավելի քան մեկդարյա մեր ազգային օրակարգի առանցքային հարցերից է, անկախ նրանից, թե որքանով է ձեւակերպված եղել որպես այդպիսին։ 

Այս օրակարգի շուրջ Կառավարության եւ անձամբ իմ մտորումներն ու մտածումները հանգում են հետեւյալին․ զարգացած, ինքնիշխան, անվտանգ, այսինքն՝ սահմանազատված եւ սահմանագծված սահմաններով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է Մեծ Եղեռնի ողբերգությունը վերապրելու միջոցը, մեր ժողովրդի բոլոր զոհողություններին եւ զոհերին մեր հավատարմության առհավատչյան։

Պետություն եւ պետական շահեր, Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն՝ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված տարածքով, հարեւանների հետ կարգավորված հարաբերություններով, բաց սահմաններով, խաղաղություն, աշխատանք, բարեկեցություն, ազատ եւ պաշտպանված քաղաքացի․ ահա թե ինչը, ովքեր եւ ինչպես պիտի վառ պահեն Մեծ Եղեռնի զոհերի հիշատակը, ահա թե ինչպես պետք է վերապրենք Մեծ Եղեռնի ողբերգությունը։

Սիրելի՛ ժողովուրդ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սիրելի՛ քաղաքացիներ,

Մենք գնում ենք այս ճանապարհով, որովհետեւ այսպես ենք վերծանում այն ուղերձը, որ մեզ հղում է պատմությունը, այսպես ենք վերծանում Ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի, ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու սրտի տրոփյունը, որ չի հեռարձակվում ոչ մի հեռուստատեսությամբ, չի արտահայտվում ոչ մի սոցիալական ցանցում, բայց լսելի է Ձեր քվեով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ձեւավորված կառավարող մեծամասնությանը, լսելի է անձամբ ինձ։

Այս ճանապարհով գնալը լավատեսության կամ հոռետեսության հարց չէ, այլ առաքելության, ապահովելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, մեր հայրենիք–պետության հարատեւությունը, եւ անցնելով դաժան փորձությունների ու ողբերգությունների միջով՝ մենք վաստակել ենք այդ հնարավորությունը եւ այդ հնարավորությունը բաց պիտի չթողնվի։ Ու համոզված եմ, մենք՝ ժողովուրդն ու նրա ընտրած կառավարող թիմը, բաց չենք թողնի այս հնարավորությունը հանուն մեր նահատակների եւ հանուն մեր սերունդների։

Փա՛ռք նահատակներին եւ կեցցե՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը»։
