Ցավալի իրականությունն այն է, որ եթե տարիներ առաջ մեզ ասեին, թե մի օր պայքարելու ենք մեր երկրի ղեկավարների դեմ, որպեսզի նրանք չուրանան այդ արյունոտ պատմությունը, գուցե չհավատայինք։

Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը որպես պատմական փաստ այսօր վտանգի առաջ է ոչ միայն թուրքական ժխտողականության պատճառով, այլ մեր ներսում եղած իշխանավորների, որոնք պատրաստ են լռել, մոռանալ կամ նույնիսկ մերժել այն ողբերգությունը, որն այս ազգի հիշողության հիմքում է։

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, մենք հո լավ ենք հասկանում, որ թշնամին չի փոխվել։ Նա շարունակում է գործել ամեն հնարավոր միջոցներով՝ պատերազմներով, բռնագաղթերով, ճնշումներով։ Նրա նպատակը նույնն է՝ ոչնչացնել հայ ազգը, կոտրել մեր պետականությունը, տանել մեզ նոր հայրենազրկման։

Եվ այս պայքարում լռել նշանակում է հրաժարվել հայ լինելուց, լռել նշանակում է թողնել, որ նորից ցեղասպանվենք։

Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչվել է բազմաթիվ պետությունների կողմից որպես մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություն։ Բայց այսօր այդ պատմական փաստը փորձում են մերժել հենց այստեղ՝ հայերի հայրենիքում։

Մենք պարտավոր ենք լինել արթուն, համախմբված և համարձակ։ Առաջ շարժվել, զարգանալ, ուժեղանալ՝ առանց զոհերի հիշատակը ոտնահարելու։

Մերժումը չենք հանդուրժելու։ Ճշմարտությունը շարունակելու է գոռալ։
