Վանաձորում ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձի գործով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել

Վանաձորում բնակարանային գողության փորձի և իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով երեք անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ գողության ահազանգի հիման վրա լույս հունվարի 30-ի գիշերը դեպքի վայր մեկնած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների ուղղությամբ հնչել են կրակոցներ՝ գողության փորձ կատարած անձանց կողմից։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչներ Ա.Սարգսյանին և Ա.Գալստյանին 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 2-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1-ին կետով (գողության փորձ՝ բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելով), 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով (սպանության փորձ՝ 2 կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ՝ կապված նրանց կողմից իրենց ծառայողական գործունեության հետ) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, պահելը՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ), իսկ Ռ.Ռստակյանին՝ 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով :
Նույն օրը քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
