Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 26-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանությունը տեղեկություն էր տարածել այն մասին, որ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի բաժնի ծառայողները «Range Rover» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա են տեղափոխել հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Պարզվել է, որ վարորդը ոստիկաններին է ներկայացրել արտոնյալ վարելու համար հատուկ կտրոն, սակայն ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ այն կեղծ է, ինչի համար էլ վարոդրին, նաև ուղևորին, կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի բաժին, իսկ ավտոմեքենան՝ հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության «Զվարթնոց» միջազգային օդանավակայանի տարածքում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին, որտեղ էլ դեպքի փաստով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, և կասկածյալները ձերբակալվել ու տեղափոխվել են ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, «Range Rover» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում որպես ուղևոր եղել է քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի օրենքով գող «Օշականցի Գևորիկը», ով նույնպես ձերբակալվել է:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացել էինք ՀՀ ՆԳՆ-ից, ապրիլի 22-ին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի բաժնի ծառայողները ստուգման նպատակով կանգնեցրել են օդանավակայանի տարածքում երթևեկող «Ռենջ Ռովեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա։ Երևանի բնակիչ, 50-ամյա վարորդը ներկայացրել է կեղծ հատուկ կտրոն։ Բացի դրանից՝ մեքենայում եղել է հոգեմետ յոթ հաբ, որոնք ներկայացվել են իրավապահներին։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից:
Վարորդը և երեք ուղևորները ձերբակալվել են։
Կազմված փաստաթղթերը փոխանցվել են տարածքային քննչական բաժին, իսկ ձերբակալվածները տեղափոխվել են ՁՊՎ։ Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունը զգուշացնում է՝ կեղծ հատուկ կտրոն կամ ցանկացած այլ կեղծված փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելը ունենալու է համապատասխան իրավական հետևանքներ։
