Wildberries առցանց առևտրի հարթակը վերջին օրերին սկսել է գումար գանձել նաև ապրանքի առաքման համար, ինչը ժամանակին անվճար էր, և այն դարձել է բազմաթիվ օգտատերերի դժգոհության պատճառը։ Որոշ պատվերների արժեքն ու առաքման գինը նույնն է, երբեմն էլ նաև առաքման արժեքը գերազանցում է ապրանքի գնին։ Օրինակ՝ 11880 դրամ արժողությամբ փայտե դարակաշարը գնելու դեպքում այն կարժենա 27400 դրամ, քանի որ նշված ապրանքի առաքումն ավելի թանկ է՝ 15520 դրամ, նույնն է նաև մյուս ապրանքատեսակների դեպքում։ Փոփոխություն է տեղի ունեցել նաև պատվերը ետ վերադարձնելու կանոններում, եթե ժամանակին այն անվճար էր, ապա հիմա գնված ապրանքը չհավանելուց հետո գնորդները ստիպված կլինեն վճարել առաքման գումարն ամբողջությամբ։
