Ucom-ը ներկայացավ Երևանում կայացած Career City Fest-ին՝ կիսվելով իր արժեքներով և կարիերայի հնարավորություններով

Ucom-ը մասնակցեց Երևանում կայացած Career City Fest-ին՝ ներկայացնելով իր կորպորատիվ մշակույթը, արժեքները և կարիերայի հնարավորությունները երիտասարդ մասնագետների և աշխատանք փնտրողների համար:
Career City Fest-ը համախմբել էր ավելի քան 100 առաջատար գործատուների։ Այն եզակի հարթակ է, որտեղ հանդիպում են ընկերություններն ու իրենց ապագա աշխատակիցները: Փառատոնի ընթացքում 40+ բանախոսներ ելույթ ունեցան՝ կիսվելով իրենց փորձով և խորհուրդներով: Growth Zone և Future Career Conf ծրագրերի ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել ելույթներ և պանելային քննարկումներ՝ կարիերային առնչվող արդիական թեմաներով։ CCF բաթլների ժամանակ պրոֆեսիոնալ բանավեճեր են կազմակերպվել:
Ucom-ի տաղավարն առանձնացավ իր ջերմ մթնոլորտով և ինտերակտիվ մոտեցմամբ: Ընկերությունում առկա թափուր հաստիքներով հետաքրքրված այցելուները կարողացան խորհրդատվություն ստանալ դիմելու կարգի վերաբերյալ, նաև խորհուրդներ, թե ինչպես պատրաստվեն հարցազրույցին և պատասխանեն հաճախ տրվող հարցերին։ Միջոցառման մասնակիցներից շատերը հետաքրքրվում էին նաև պրակտիկայի հնարավորություններով և մասնագիտական զարգացման ծրագրերով։ Բացի այդ, բազմաթիվ այցելուներ մասնակցեցին Ucom-ի տաղավարում կազմակերպված ինտերակտիվ խաղերին:
«Career City Fest-ը հիանալի հնարավորություն էր մեզ համար՝ կիսվելու Ucom-ի մշակույթով և արժեքներով, ինչպես նաև անմիջականորեն շփվելու երիտասարդ մասնագետների հետ, որոնք փնտրում են իրենց կարիերայի ուղին: Մենք ձգտում ենք ստեղծել անմոռանալի փորձառություն և ցույց տալ, որ Ucom-ը ոչ միայն առաջատար հեռահաղորդակցության ընկերություն է, այլև գործատու, որը ներդրում է կատարում իր թիմի զարգացման և աճի մեջ», - նշեց Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը:
