Հրազդան գետն ընկած Ուկրաինայի անչափահաս քաղաքացուն դեռ չեն գտել, որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում են

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 28-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարները, Երևանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մի քանի փրկարարներ, ինչպես նաև Թիավարության ֆերերացիայի մեծ թվով թիավարներ շարունակել են Ուկրաինայի Հանրապետության անչափահաս քաղաքացու դիակի հայտնաբերման աշխատանքները։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, աշխատանքները ղեկավարում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայություն ՓՈւՎ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի պետ Հայկ Նաղդալյանը և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ ՓՈւՎ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի 1-ին փրկարարական ջոկատի հրամանատար Սերգեյ Բիձյանը։
Արդեն մի քանի ժամ է՝ որոնողական աշխատանքները Հրազդան կիրճից ուղղություն են վերցրել դեպի Երևանյան լիճ և թիավարները իրենք են ցանկություն հայտնել մասնակցելու որոնողական աշխատանքներին, որը ընդգրկված է մի քանի կմ:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, երեկ՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 17։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Հրազդանի կիրճում, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ Մանկական երկաթուղու տարածքում, օտարերկրացի անչափահաս աղջիկը ընկել է Հրազդան գետը։
1 ժամից ավելի մեծ թվով փրկարարներ, հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի հատուկ փրկարարաներ, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի մեծ թվով պարեկներ, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիներ Հրազդան գետի մի քանի կմ-անոց հատվածում որոնողական աշխատանքներ են կատարել:
Փրկարարների աշխատանքը տեղում ղեկավարում էր ՓԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետորսյանը, ով հեռախոսով անընդհատ տեղեկություն էր փոխանցում ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Կամո Ցուցուլյանին, իսկ պարեկները բաժանվել էին երեք խմբերի, որոնցից մեկը ղեկավարում էր ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանը, մյուսը՝ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Կարեն Ավետիսյանը և երրորդը՝ նույն գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Տրգրան Խուդանյանը։
Փրկակաների մի խումբ էլ որոնողական աշխատանքները իրականացնում էր Երևանի փրկարարական վարչության պետ Արթուր Կիրակոսյանի և փրկարարական վարչության պետի տեղակալ Զավեն Մելքոնյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել էին նաև Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկների թիվ 06 խումբը, ովքեր տեղում օգնություն էին ցուցաբերել երեխայի մայրիկին, սակայն նրա կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ երեխան, ով ընկել էր Հրազդան գետը, Ուկրաինայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի է և նրա հայրը նույնպես տեղում մասնակցում էր որոնողական աշխատանքներին։
