Վրաստանի նախագահ Միխեիլ Կավելաշվիլին հայտարարել է, որ 2025 թվականի հունիսի 5-ից 7-ը Երևանում կանցկացվեն Վրաստանի մշակույթի օրեր և հավելել է, որ անհամբեր սպասում է հաջորդ տարի Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք Հայաստանի  մշակույթի օրերին։

Այս մասին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո մամուլի համար հայտարարության ժամանակ ասել է Վրաստանի նախագահ Միխեիլ Կավելաշվիլին։

«Ուրախ եմ, որ այս տարվա հունիսի 5-ից 7-ը Երևանում կանցկացվեն Վրաստանի մշակույթի օրեր։ Մենք անհամբեր սպասում ենք հաջորդ տարի Թբիլիսիում կայանալիք հայկական մշակույթի օրերին, որոնք կրկին կցուցադրեն հայկական մշակույթի հարուստ ժառանգությունը, ավանդույթները և ժամանակակից նվաճումները»,-նշել է Վրաստանի նախագահը։ 

Կավելաշվիլիի դիտարկմամբ՝ երկու երկրների եզակի ավանդույթների և պատմության նկատմամբ հարգանքն ու գնահատանքը հայ և վրաց ժողովուրդներին միավորող հիմնական արժեքներն են․ «Պետական ինքնիշխանության, ազգային ինքնության և մշակութային յուրահատկության պաշտպանությունը մեր երկրների գլխավոր առաջնահերթությունն են»։ 

Վրաստանի նախագահի խոսքով՝ հայ-վրացական օրինակելի և դարավոր բարեկամությունն ու ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը երկու երկրներին ամուր հիմք են տալիս առկա յուրահատուկ հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման համար։
