Հայաստանում Ozon-ի շրջանառությունն աճել է ավելի քան 2 անգամ

Ozon Holdings PLC-ն հրապարակել է 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի ոչ աուդիտավորված ֆինանսական արդյունքները։ Ընկերության ճշգրտված EBITDA-ն հասել է ռեկորդային՝ 138.6 միլիարդ դրամի, իսկ վնասը կրճատվել է 40%-ով։

Ընդհանուր հասույթը 2025 թ․ առաջին եռամսյակում աճել է 54%-ով՝ կազմելով 742 միլիարդ դրամ, իսկ շրջանառությունը (GMV), ներառյալ ծառայությունները, աճել է 47%-ով՝  հասնելով 3.6 տրիլիոն դրամի։ Ozon Հայաստանի շրջանառությունը 2025 թվականի 1-ին եռամսյակում ավելի քան 2 անգամ աճել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ։ Հայաստանից ակտիվ վաճառողների թիվը նույնպես կրկնապատկվել է։

Գնորդների համար մատչելի ծառայությունների զարգացումն ու պահեստային ենթակառուցվածքների ընդլայնումը նպաստել են ակտիվ գնորդների բազայի աճին. 2025 թ․ առաջին եռամսյակում Ozon-ի ակտիվ հաճախորդների թիվն ավելացել է 9 միլիոնով՝ հասնելով 58 միլիոնի։ Հայաստանում աճն ավելի դինամիկ է՝ տարեկան 1.5 անգամ աճ։ Մեկ գնորդի կատարած պատվերների թիվը ևս աճել է՝ միջինում 27 պատվեր, ինչը 5-ով ավելի է, քան նախորդ տարի։ Ընկերությունը 2025 թ․ առաջին եռամսյակում առաքել է 441 միլիոն պատվեր (44%-ով ավելի), իսկ Հայաստանում պատվերների քանակն աճել է 75%-ով։

Ozon-ը ընդլայնել է իր պահեստային տարածքները՝ հասցնելով 3.6 միլիոն քմ-ի։
Հայաստանում ընկերությունն ունի տեսակավորման և ֆուլֆիլմենթ կենտրոն Երևանում, ինչպես նաև ակտիվորեն զարգացնում է պատվերների հանձնման կետերի ցանցը։

* Ռուբլու հաշվետու ցուցանիշները փոխակերպվել են դրամի՝ 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակի միջին փոխարժեքով։

Ozon-ը բազմակատեգորիա մարքեթփլեյս է՝ զարգացած լոգիստիկ ցանցով: Ընկերությունը գործունեություն է ծավալում Հայաստանում, Ռուսաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Վրաստանում, Բելառուսում, Ղրղզստանում, Ուզբեկստանում, Ադրբեջանում, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանում և Թուրքիայում։ Հարթակում ներկայացված են ավելի քան 370 միլիոն ապրանքատեսակներ ավելի քան 20 կատեգորիաներում՝ գրքերից և հագուստից մինչև սննդամթերք և առողջապահական ապրանքներ: 58 միլիոն ակտիվ գնորդներ պատվերներ են ստանում Ozon-ի զարգացած լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի շնորհիվ, որը նաև թույլ է տալիս ավելի քան 600 հազար ձեռնարկատերերի իրենց ապրանքները վաճառել Ռուսաստանում և ԱՊՀ երկրներում։
