«Եդինայա Ռոսսիայի» կազմակերպած միջազգային գիտաժողովը բացի լուսաբանված էպիզոդից՝ ունի ավելի խորքային բովանդակություն։
Միջազգայն ֆորմատները նույնն են, փոխվել են պատվիրակությունները
Կա սուտ իշխանական նարատիվ, թե «միջազգային բոլոր կառույցները մեր դեմ են, Ադրբեջանը բոլորին առել է, մեզ ոչ մի տեղ չեն լսում»։ Իրականում փոխվել են պատվիրակությունները։ Ադրբեջանը վերջին երկար տարիներին դրան վարժվել էր, և այդ կոնֆերանսին եկել էր հին իներցիայով. նրանց դիմաց պետք է լիներ գլխիկոր քպ-ական պատվիրակություն, որը պիտի լռեր ցանկացած պարագայում, և չպետք է խոսեր ո´չ Արցախից, ո´չ գերիներից, ոչ՝ մեզ համար ցավոտ որևէ խնդրից։
Վստահաբար, Ադրբեջանն այս կոնֆերանսին ներկայացել էր որակյալ պատվիրակությամբ, որը կարող էր իրենց շահեկան դիրքորոշումները ներկայացնել։ Նրանց խանգարեց 5-ամյա իներցիան. պատրաստ չէին դահլիճում տեսնելու այլ պատվիրակություն։
Համագործակցություն՝ արժեքների և ինտելեկտի վրա
Է. Շարմազանովը և Ի. Տոնոյանը, առանց որևէ «համագործակցության հուշագրի» և մեկ կենտրոնից ստացված SMS-ի, մի կոնկրետ կարևոր դահլիճում, ժամանակի շատ կարճ հատվածում կարողացան գրագետ համագործակցել, միմյանց լրացնել, սատարել, ինչի արդյունքում պահվեց պետական շահը։
Սա Ճիշտ Հայաստանի իսկական համագործակցային մոդելն է, որը իմպերատիվ կերպով ենթադրում է պետական և ազգային շահի կոշտ պահպանում օտար միջավայրերում՝ անկախ կուսակցական պատկանելությունից։
Վստահաբար, առաջիկայում միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում Ադրբեջանը փորձելու է ագրեսիվ պահվածքով վերականգնել հաստատված խաղի կանոնը. մենք հարձակվենք, դուք լռեք։ Ցավոք, շարունակությունը մեր օգտին չի լինելու, որովհետև դիմացը լինելու է «իրական Հայաստանի» պատվիրակությունները։ Հենց այս պահին տարբեր, շատ ավելի վճռորոշ ֆորմատներում լրջագույն հարցեր են քննարկվում, կայացվում են հստակ որոշումներ՝ մեր երկրի ու տարածաշրջանի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ, իսկ մենք լռված ենք մեր նոր կրթվող իշխանության անճարակության վրա, որը ոչ մի դժվար հարցի լուծում չի գտնում։
Հետևություններ՝ ներքին կյանքի համար
Մոսկվայում կատարվածը հուշում է Երևանում խաղի ճիշտ կանոնների անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Եթե հիմնական դերակատարներն իրենց նպատակներում ազնիվ են, իրենց խոսքում ՝ գրագետ, ապա դա զգալի գաղափարական հենք է Հայաստանում նոր սոլիդ իշխանության ձևավորման համար։ Ներքին հակասություններ, իհարկե,կարող են լինել, բայց փոփոխության մոտիվացիան շատ ավելի ուժեղ պետք է լինի, որտեղ ազնվությունն ու գրագիտությունը առանցքային հատկանիշներ պետք է լինեն։
