Ռուսաստանի աչքում Հայաստանի դերը բարձրացել է։ Նման եզրակացության կարելի է հանգել հետևելով վերջին օրերին ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներում տարածված տեղեկությունը, թե Կրեմլում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններն այսուհետև համակարգելու է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Սերգեյ Կիրիլենկոն։ Միանգամից մի քանի առաջատար Կրեմլին մոտ կանգնած պարբերականներ հայտնեցին, որ նախկինում հայաստանյան ուղղության համար պատասխանատու էր նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի մեկ այլ տեղակալ՝ Դմիտրի Կոզակը, որը, թերևս, «բարեհաջող» կերպով ձախողել է հայկական ուղղությունը և այժմ հարկավոր է ոչ միայն նոր պատասխանատուներ նշանակել, այլ նաև ինտենսիվացնել հայկական կողմի հետ իրականացվող աշխատանքը։
«Վեդոմոստի» պարբերականը նշում է, թե Հայաստանի հարցում Սերգեյ Կիրիենկոն և աշխատակազմի նրան ենթակա ներքաղաքական բլոկն առայժմ ոչ թե նախընտրական, այլ տեղեկատվական աշխատանք են իրականացնելու, հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունն ակտիվորեն շարժվում է դեպի Արևմուտք, ինչը Ռուսաստանի պետական քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից անընդունելի է։ Մեկ այլ պարբերական էլ նշում է, թե հիմա հարցը ոչ թե առաջիկա ընտրությունների մեջ է, այլ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի ներկայության։
Բանն այն է, որ երբ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ռուսաստանը զգալի հետընթաց է արձանագրել ոչ միայն քաղաքական առումով, այլ նաև ներհայաստանյան տրամադրությունների մասով ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետևողական քաղաքականության, արևմտյան գումարներով աշխատող մտակենտրոնների, ինչու ոչ, Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների իրականացրած սխալ քաղաքականության հետևանքով Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը զգալիորեն նվազել է։ Ինչը պետք է, որ մտահոգեր Կրեմլին և այդ կապակցությամբ էլ Հայաստանի գծով կուրատոր նշանակել են Կիրիենկոյին։ Վերջինս, Պուտինի ամենամերձավոր մարդկանցից մեկն է, ինչպես նաև լուրջ պրոֆեսիոնալ և անձամբ է զբաղվել Դոնբասյան ու Լուգանսկի տարածաշրջանների ինտեգրմամբ, ուստի և Կիրիենկոյի նշանակումը լրջորեն մտահոգել է Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, որոնք հասկանում են՝ իրենց քաղաքականությունն արդեն հարուցել է Մոսկվայի վերջնական զայրույթը։
