Համագործակցություն ավելի մեծ ծրագրերի համար «Կամուրջ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը և «Հայաստան-Արցախ» համահայկական երիտասարդական միությունը ստորագրել են համագործակցության հուշագիր:
Փաստաթղթի հիմքում ընկած է Հայաստանի , Արցախի և Սփյուռքի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման ընդհանուր տեսլականը։
«Կամուրջ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը և «Հայաստան-Արցախ» համահայկական երիտասարդական միությունն արձանագրում են , որ պատրաստ են ընդհանուր նախագծերի շրջանակներում պայմաններ ստեղծել ներհասարակական երկխոսության խրախուսման համար, գործադրել ընդհանուր ջանքեր հանրային և ազգային համերաշխության հասնելու համար:
Գործակցության հիմքում արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության, նրանց արդարացի պահանջների իրականացման համար բավարար նախապայմանների ստեղծումն է: Կողմերը վերահաստատել են, որ համատեղ նպատակների շարքում է բարեկամ և գործընկեր երկրների ու ժողովուրդների հետ առավել սերտ կապերի հաստատումն է՝ ի նպաստ Հայաստանի, Արցախի և հայկական Սփյուռքի:
Առաջիկայում «Կամուրջ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությույնը և «Հայաստան – Արցախ» համահայկական երիտասարդական միությունը նախատեսում են մի շարք համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացում։
Կողմերը ընդգծել են, որ բաց են համագործակցության համար և շարունակելու են համագործակցության լայն դաշտ ձևավորել ընդհանուր արժեքներ և նպատակներ ունեցող հասարակական միավորների և նախաձեռնությունների հետ։
