Ամեն ինչ ընթացավ այնպես, ինչպես բնորոշ պիտի լիներ տվյալ նիստին, հանձնաժողովներն են կազմավորվել, երկու փոխքաղաքապետերն են ընտրվել, արտառոց ոչ մի բան տեղի չի ունեցել, նորմալ ընթացել է։ Այս մասին լրագորղների հետ զրույցում ասաց Գյումրու ավագանու ««Իմ հզոր համայնք» խմբակցության անդամ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը:
Հարցին՝ ի՞նչն էր պատճառը, որ դեմ քվեարկեցին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության հանձնաժողովի նախագահի կամ տեղակալի պաշտոնում առաջադրված թեկնածուներին, Մխիթարյանն ասաց, որ տեսել է վերջին յոթ տարվա ընթացքում, թե ՔՊ կուսակցության կադրային քաղաքականությունն իրենից ինչ է ներկայացնում։
«Ի դեպ, այդ կադրային քաղաքականությունից բողոքում է հենց երկրի այսօրվա ղեկավարը: Ասում է, որ կադրերի խնդիր ունեն իրենք։ Հիմա, ես յոթ տարի տեսել եմ, թե այս պետությունն ինչի են հասցրել իր նշանակումները, ինչի՞ պիտի այս անգամ վստահեմ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության այս կամ այն թեկնածուին: Դրա համար սա հստակ դիրքորոշում էր ու դիրքորոշում է մեր սեփական ու երկրի կենսափորձից ելնելով»,-շեշտեց նա։
Հարցին էլ՝ ծանո՞թ էր առաջադրված թեկնածուներին, նա արձագանքեց. «Այսինքն ես գիտեմ այդ մարդկանց, ինչով են զբաղվել, չեմ կարծում, որ ներկա իրավիճակում իրենք լուրջ փոփոխություններ կարող են բերել այն տեղերում, որտեղ նշանակվեցին»:
