Եթե ​​Իրանը ցանկանում է ունենալ խաղաղ քաղաքացիական բնույթի միջուկային ծրագիր, այսինքն՝  ատոմակայաններ, ինչպես աշխարհի մյուս երկրներն ունեն, դրան հասնելու միջոց կա:  Կառուցվում են ռեակտորներ, ներմուծվում է հարստացված ուրան՝ այդ ռեակտորներն աշխատացնելու համար: Այդպես են անում աշխարհի տասնյակ երկրներ։ Այս մասին ասել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն:

«Բայց հնարավոր չէ ապրել աշխարհում, որտեղ Իրանը միջուկային զենք ունի», - ասել է պետքարտուղարը:

Նա ընդգծել է, որ աշխարհում ուրան հարստացնող միակ երկրները միջուկային զենք ունեցողներն են։ 

«Իրանը պնդում է, որ միջուկային զենք չի ուզում, բայց հարստացնում է ուրան: Իսկ այն մակարդակը, որով նրանք հարստացնում են ուրանը, տեղին չէ, քանի որ եթե կարող եք հարստացնել 3,67 տոկոսով, ապա ընդամենը մի քանի շաբաթ է պահանջվում հասնելու 20 տոկոսին, այնուհետև 60 տոկոսին, իսկ հետո զենքի համար անհրաժեշտ 80 և 90 տոկոսին:

Առաջ գնալու ճանապարհը հետևյալն է՝  Իրանը պարզապես պետք է ասի՝ համաձայնել ենք այլևս չհարստացնել ուրան, մենք միջուկային էներգիայի համար ռեակտորներին անհրաժեշտ հարստացված ուրանը ներմուծելու ենք:  Սա նրանց համար հնարավորություն է, եթե նրանք օգտվեն դրանից:  Սա լավագույն հնարավորությունն է, որը նրանք կունենան:  Նախագահ Թրամփը խաղաղության նախագահ է: Նա պատերազմ չի ուզում:  Նա չի ցանկանում հակամարտություն... Եվ այստեղ կա առաջ շարժվելու մեկ ճանապարհ:  Բայց այն, ինչ չի կարող լինել, ապրելն է մի աշխարհում, որտեղ Իրանը միջուկային զենք ունի», - ասել է Ռուբիոն:

Պետքարտուղարի խոսքով՝ Իրանը նաև պետք է թույլ տա ամերիկացի տեսուչներին այցելել ու ուսումնասիրել իրանական միջուկային օբյեկտները:

«Պետք է բացեք ձեր բոլոր օբյեկտները: Այսպիսով, կարծում եմ, եթե իրականում Իրանը, ինչպես ինքն է սիրում կրկնել, հետաքրքրված չէ միջուկային զենքով և միայն խաղաղ միջուկային էներգիա է ուզում, այդ դեպքում չպետք է վախենա ցանկացած տեսակի տեսուչների, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկացիների ստուգումներից։

Իրանը կարող է շահել, ունենալ իրական տնտեսական զարգացում, ներդրումներ երկրում, բայց պետք է հրաժարվի ահաբեկիչներին հովանավորելուց, հութիներին օգնելուց, հեռահար հրթիռների կառուցումից, որոնց նպատակը միջուկային զենք ունենալն է, և պետք է հրաժարվի ուրանի հարստացումից:  Սրանք անհիմն խնդրանքներ չեն։  Ամբողջ աշխարհում կան երկրներ, որոնք ունեն միջուկային էներգիա, բայց չեն հարստացնում ուրան, չունեն հեռահար հրթիռներ և չեն հովանավորում ահաբեկչությունը։  Այդ ճանապարհը կա նրանց համար:  Դա խաղաղության ճանապարհն է:  Եվ անկեղծ ասած, ես աղոթում եմ և հույս ունեմ, և մենք կանենք ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի համոզենք նրանց , որ պետք է ընդունեն դա»,- ասել է Ռուբիոն:
