Ի՞նչ ուտել ոչ միայն գեղեցիկ կազմվածք ունենալու, այլ մինչև խորը ծերություն առողջ լինելու համար: Փորձագետները կարծում են, որ կան չափազանց արդյունավետ և համեղ մթերքներ, որոնք կօգնեն հասնել այդ նպատակին:

Blog.1in.am-ը  ներկայացնում է այն 7 մթերքները, որոնք մենք պետք է պարբերաբար օգտագործենք մեր սննդակարգում, որպեսզի ինքներս մեզ պաշտպանենք քաղցկեղից, ինֆարկտից և կաթվածից:

1. Բալը մեծ քանակությամբ հակաօքսիտանդներ է պարունակում, որոնք հակաբորբոքային հատկություն ունեն: Ուսումնասիրողները ցույց են տվել, որ քնի խանգարումով հիվանդներին հիվանդանոցում բալն օգնել է հաղթահարել այդ խնդիրը: Բալը խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել սպորտով զբաղվողներին՝ մկանային ցավերը մեղմացնելու համար:

2. Լոռամրգին դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում միզուղիների վրա: Այն մեծ քանակությամբ պոլիֆենոլ է պարունակում, որն ուժեղ հակաօքսիդտանտ է, հակաբորբոքային և հակաբակտերիալ հատկություններ ունի: Դրանից բացի, լոռամրգին մեր օրգանիզմը պաշտպանում է քաղցկեղի որոշ տեսակներից և սրտի հիվանդություններից, այդ պատճառով էլ այն կարելի է որպես պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոց կիրառել:
