Իմպիչմենտ իրականացնելու՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին անվստահություն ներկայացնելու գործընթացը, հիմքեր պետք է ունենա, այդ հիմքերն այսօր առկա չեն: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե այդ հիմքերն առկա չեն, դա նշանակում է՝ նախօրոք գնալ ձախողման և դա հենց այն է, ինչ պետք է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

«Հիշեցնեմ, որ իմպիչմենտի մասին առաջին անգամ հենց «Հայաստան» դաշինքը և նրա մաս կազմող քաղաքական ուժերն են արտահայտել: Մեր գործունեության հիմնական նպատակներից մեկը հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իշխանությունից հեռացումն է: Իրավական, քաղաքական հիմքեր նրա հեռացման համար կա, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ էլ մենք հասկանում ենք, որ իմպիչմենտը հենց այնպես գործընթաց առանց հիմքերի չպետք է լինի»,- ասաց նա:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ դրա հիմքերը նախ և առաջ լուրջ հաշվարկների վրա են ձևավորված: «Պետք է լինի նաև ընդվզող մեր ժողովրդի աջակցությունը, որ իմպիչմենտը կայանա, որ նաև կարողանանք ազդեցություն գործել նաև այն քաղաքական ուժի պատգամավորների վրա, որոնք որ պետք է վերջնականապես հաջողացնեն այդ իմպիչմենտը»,- ասաց նա:

Օհանյանը նշեց, որ նախաձեռնության հեղինակները գիտեն, որ պետք է 36 ձայն այդ գործընթացը սկսելու, և նաև 54 պատգամավորների, այդ թվում՝ ՔՊ-ի, աջակցություն այն ավարտելու համար:

«Այս նախաձեռնության հեղինակները որևիցե մի քաղաքական ուժ չեն ներկայացնում և նաև պատասխանատվություն չեն կրում: Այս տարիների ընթացքում նաև փողոցային պայքարը մեր ժողովրդի հետ աշխատանքի արդյունքում լուրջ ուժի գեներացումը ցույց է տվել, որ նրանք իրականում նաև դրսում լայն գործընթաց, լայն ընդվզող մեր ժողովրդի աջակցություն չեն կարող առանձին ապահովել:  Այս տարիների ընթացքում աշխատանքը ցույց է տալիս, որ նույնիսկ եթե ընդվզող աջակցություն լինի, դեռևս մենք չենք կարող իմանալ՝ հաջողություն կունենա՞նք, թե՝ չէ։

Այս առումով միայն թիրախավորելը «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներին, մեր համար անընդունելի է: Մենք ասում ենք, որ մեզ հետ շանտաժի լեզվով չի կարելի խոսել»,- ընգծեց Օհանյանը:
