ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված մեծածավալ ապացուցողական և վարութային այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են ՀՀ Լոռու մարզում ապօրինի ծառահատումներ իրականացնելու դիմաց ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության անտառային կոմիտեի «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից կաշառք ստանալու բազմաթիվ դեպքեր։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն:

«Մասնավորապես՝ նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի անտառտնտեսություններից մեկի տնօրենը 2024 թվականի հունիսի 10-ից սեպտեմբերի 29-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերել նույն անտառտնտեսության 5 անտառապետերի հետ՝ իրենց ծառայողական լիազորություններն ու դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով մի շարք անձանց օգտին թողտվություն դրսևորելու և ապօրինի այլ գործողությունների համար կաշառք ստանալու վերաբերյալ։

Վերոհիշյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք բերելուց հետո նշված անտառտնտեսության տնօրենն ու անտառապետերը բազմաթիվ անձանցից որպես կաշառք ստացել են ընդհանուր շուրջ 1,5 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ, որի դիմաց նշված անձանց թույլատրել են տվյալ անտառտնտեսության տարածքից առանց որևէ խոչընդոտի իրականացնել ապօրինի, այդ թվում՝ անտառահատման տոմսերում նշված քանակները գերազանցող ծառահատումներ:

Անտառտնտեսության տնօրենին և 5 անտառապետերին կաշառք ստանալու համար մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով (ընդհանուր 23 դրվագ), իսկ նրանց կաշառք տված անձանց՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով:

Մեղադրյալներից վեց պաշտոնատար անձանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը և տնային կալանքը: Նրանց վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Վարույթի նյութերը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ծանուցում.  Հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
