19 և 16 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում՝ uպանnւթյուններ կատարած 2 անձի նկատմամբ

2025 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ին Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից կայացվել է մեղադրական վերդիկտ. 2 անձի սպանություն կատարած Է.Ե.-ի և Է.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ նշանակվել է համապատասխանաբար՝ 19 տարի և 16 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկում:
Քննչական կոմիտեում քննված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Է.Ե.-ն և Է.Մ.-ն կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են իրենց հետ նույն տանը բնակվող Ա.Թ.-ի և Ռ.Կ.-ի հետ, ձեռքերով և փայտով հարվածներ են հասցրել Ա.Թ.-ի և Ռ.Կ.-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ այդ թվում կենսականորեն կարևոր օրգաններին: Ա.Թ.-ն, կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հետևանքով, մահացել է: Ռ.Կ.-ին ևս պատճառվել են կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ, սակայն Է.Ե.-ն և Է.Մ.-ն Ռ.Կ.-ին սպանել են հաջորդ օրը՝ պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով խեղդելու միջոցով: Սպանություններից հետո Է.Ե.-ն և Է.Մ.-ն Ա.Թ.-ի և Ռ.Կ.-ի դիերը թաղել են տան բակում նախապես փորված փոսում։
Դատախազը 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ին հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցել Է.Ե.-ի և Է.Մ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ 18.04.2003 թվականին ընդունված Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 7-րդ և 11-րդ կետերով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանություն):
2024 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին քրեական վարույթը՝ հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, հանձնվել է Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
2025 թվականի ապրիլի 21-ին Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կողմից կայացվել է մեղադրական վերդիկտ:
2025 թվականի մայիսի 5-ին Դատարանի դատավճռով Է.Ե.-ն դատապարտվել է 19 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման, իսկ Է.Մ.-ն՝ 16 տարի 6 ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման:
Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
