Բոլորին հայտնի ասացվածքը խորհուրդ է տալիս. «Նախաճաշը կերեք ինքներտ, ճաշը կիսեք ընկերոջ հետ, ընթրիքը տվեք թշնամուն»: Արդյոք դիետոլոգների տեսակետից դա ճի՞շտ է: Նախաճաշն օգնում է մեզ արթնանալ, բարձրացնում է տրամադրությունը, իսկ շատերի համար այն կարող է օրվա ընթացքում լինել միակ ժամանակը, երբ կարելի է մեկուսանալ:

Տեղեկություններն այդ հարցի վերաբերյալ իրար հակասող են, առավել, եթե անդրադառնալ աշխարհի ժողովուրդների խոհանոցներին: Օրինակ՝ համաձայն Այուրվեդայի ավանդույթի, նախաճաշը պետք է լինի քիչ, թեթև և ոչ շատ վաղ. մեկ բաժակ կանաչ թեյ՝ մեղրով, իսկ եթե դա քիչ է, հետը մի բուռ ընկույզ: Իտալացիները իրենց առավոտը չեն պատկերացնում առանց կապուչինոյի և բրիոշի՝ քաղցր բուլկիի:

Դիետոլոգները գտնում են, որ կարևորը ոչ թե սննդամթերքների տեսականին է, այլ դրանց հավասարակշռությունը: Այսպես, օրինակ, համարվում է, որ լավագույն դեպքը այն է, երբ նախաճաշը պարունակում է օրվա ածխածնի չափաքանակի 2/3-ը, սպիտակուցների 1/3 և ճարպերի 1/5-ից պակաս:

Ածխածինները առավոտյան օրգանիզմը «վերակենդանացնելու» համար անհրաժեշտ մաքուր էներգիա են:Սակայն առկա է մի կարևոր մանրուք՝ նախընտրությունը ցանկալի է տալ «դանդաղ» ածխածիններին, որոնք կան շիլաների (բայց ոչ արագ պատրաստման), մրգերի, բանջարեղենների, ջրիկ կաթնամթերքների մեջ: Դրանք դանդաղ են մարսվում: Բացի այդ հարկավոր են բջջանյութեր և սննդաթելեր: Դրանք կշտացնող են և շատ օգտակար: Պարունակվում են վարսակի և կոպիտ աղացած ալյուրից թխված հացի մեջ:
Սպիտակուցը ամբողջ օրը կուշտ լինելու զգացողություն է տալիս: Սպիտակուցները առկա են ձկան, մսի, կաթնամթերքի, ձվի, լոբու, ընկույզի, սունկի մեջ:

Ինչ վերաբերվում է ճարպերին, ապա դրանք լինում են հագեցած և չհագեցած: Առավել օգտակար են համարվում վերջինները: Չհագեցած ճարպեր կան ավոկադոյի, նուշի, զեյթունի ձեթի մեջ:

Իսկ ի՞նչ անել, եթե առավոտյան ուտելու ցանկություն չկա:
Հարկավոր է ինքներդ ձեզ համոզեք, որ լսել բանականության ձայնը: Առավոտյան չստանալով անհրաժեշտ էներգիա, օրգանիզմը կգտնվի ալարկոտ և քնկոտ վիճակում՝ մինչև նրան չկշտացնեք:

Սուրճի սիրահարներին, որոնք չեն պատկերացնում առավոտը առանց բուրավետ ըմպելիքի, պետք է հիշեցնլ, որ սուրճը էներգիա չի հաղորդում օրգանիզմին, այլ օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում էներգիայի վերջին պահուստային մնացորդները.  արդյունքում շուտ արթնանում ենք, սակայն օրվա ընթացքում արագ հոգնում ենք:
