Իրավաբանորեն հիմնավորված և մայրիկի սրտով զգացած մի տեսակետ։

Վերջին օրերին տարբեր մեկնաբանություններ եմ կարդում Տիգրան փոքրիկի անհետացման վերաբերյալ։ Շրջանառվում են վարկածներ՝ գողացման, գետ ընկնելու կամ կենդանու կողմից տարված լինելու վերաբերյալ։

Ցանկանում եմ հստակ նշել՝ գետի և գողացման վարկածները, իրավաբանորեն վերլուծելիս, տրամաբանական և իրատեսական չեմ համարում։

Նախ, ծնողների իսկ հայտարարության համաձայն՝ երեխան լիարժեք քայլելու հմտություն չունի։ Այս հանգամանքը արդեն իսկ կասկածի տակ է դնում տարբերակն այն մասին, որ նա կարող էր միայնակ հասնել գետ՝ այն էլ շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է գողացման վարկածին՝ ապա, դիտելով տարածքի տեսագրությունները և հաշվի առնելով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է ցերեկային ժամերին, բաց տարածքին, տեսանելի ճանապարհին և մարդկանց առկայությանը՝ նման գործողություն իրականացնելու հավանականությունն իրավական և գործնական տեսանկյունից չափազանց ցածր է։ Նման հանցագործության կատարման պարագայում պետք է առկա լինեին կողմնակի վկաներ, շարժման հետքեր, աղմուկ կամ երեխայի լացի ձայն, որոնք բացակայում են։

Ավելին՝ եթե նման պլանավորված հանցագործություն լիներ, տեսախցիկները պետք է որևէ կերպ ֆիքսած լինեին այդ անձանց, մուտք գործող մեքենաները կամ առնվազն կասկածելի շարժ։ Հատուկ կարևորություն պետք է տալ տարածքում տեղադրված խանութի տեսախցիկների ուսումնասիրությանը՝ պարզելու, արդյոք օտար անձինք կամ տարօրինակ մեքենաներ են մտել գյուղ այդ օրը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է կենդանու կողմից երեխային տարված լինելու վարկածին՝ ապա կրկին պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ ցերեկային ժամերին գյուղ է եղել, որտեղ մարդկանց շարժն ակտիվ է։ Բնականաբար, այդ պարագայում նկատելի կլիներ կենդանու շարժը կամ երեխայի լացի ձայնը։

Ես մայրիկ եմ՝ երեք տարեկան չորս ամսական երեխայի։ Նույն տարիքային խմբում գտնվող երեխաները, իրենց բնազդով, ինքնապաշտպանական ռեակցիա ունեն և միայնակ չեն մոտենում նման վտանգավոր վայրերին, ինչպես գետ կամ լիճ։
Իմ իրավական և մարդկային համոզմամբ՝ Տիգրանը գտնվում է հենց այդ տարածքում, պարզապես՝ թուլացած, հնարավոր է՝ անգիտակից վիճակում։

Այս համոզմունքն ուժեղ է, և ես վստահ եմ, որ պետք է կենտրոնանալ տարածքի մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրության վրա՝ հերթականությամբ և հոգատարությամբ։
