Կոնվերս Բանկը միանում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի կանաչ ֆինանսավորման հանձնառությանը

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի (ԱԶԲ) «Կանաչ ֆինանսավորման խթանում կայուն զարգացման համար» տեխնիկական աջակցության ծրագրին միանալու մասին:
Համապատասխան փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է սույն թվականի մայիսի 7-ին Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն, գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Հրանտ Հակոբյանի և ԱԶԲ մասնավոր հատվածի ֆինանսական հաստատությունների տնօրեն Ասիֆ Չիմայի կողմից:
«Կանաչ ֆինանսավորման խթանում կայուն զարգացման համար» տեխնիկական աջակցության ծրագիրը ԱԶԲ-ի կողմից իրականացվող տարածաշրջանային նախաձեռնություն է, որը նպատակ ունի ծրագրի մասնակից ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով խթանել կանաչ բանկինգը Հայաստանում և Վրաստանում՝ նպաստելով տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական աճին ու շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանմանը: Ծրագիրը Կոնվերս Բանկին կտրամադրի անհրաժեշտ գործիքակազմ կայուն ֆինանսավորմանը աջակցելու համար:
«Կանաչ ֆինանսավորումը մեր Բանկի ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններից է: Մեր առջև դրված հավակնոտ նպատակներին հասնելու համար ռազմավարության ներքո անընդհատ զարգացնում և ընդլայնում ենք տարբեր ձևաչափերով համագործակցությունը միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հետ։ Այս նախաձեռնությունը հերթական կարևոր քայլն է այդ ուղղությամբ: ԱԶԲ հետ համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք զարգացնել մեր ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունները՝ առաջարկելով նորարարական կանաչ լուծումներ, որոնք կօգնեն մեր հաճախորդներին անցում կատարել դեպի ավելի կայուն ու սոցիալապես պատասխանատու գործունեություն»,- նշել է Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն Հրանտ Հակոբյանը։
Համագործակցության շրջանակներում Բանկը կբարելավի ներքին ընթացակարգերը և բնապահպանական ու սոցիալական ռիսկերի կառավարումը, ինչպես նաև կներդրվեն նոր, կանաչ վարկային պրոդուկտներ, որոնց վերջնական շահառուն կլինի սոցիալապես պատասխանատու բիզնեսը:
