«Սև զբոսաշրջությունն»՝ օկուպացված Արցախում՝ Ադրբեջանի սև գործն արդարացնելու միջոց

«Գեղարդ» վերլուծական․ Արցախի մշակութային ցեղասպանության իրականացման համար Ադրբեջանը ներգրավում է ժամանակակից զբոսաշրջության քաղաքականության գործիքներ։
Արցախ է այցելել «Սև զբոսաշրջության» ոլորտում հայտնի Nomadmania կազմակերպության պատվիրակությունը։ «Nomadmania»-ի գործունեությունը ոչ միայն տուրիզմն է, այլև, տարբեր լրատվական ձևաչափեր կիրառելով, «սև զբոսաշրջության» համար հարմար վայրերի մասին իրազեկումը: Սնվելով ադրբեջանական նավթային դոլարներից՝ «Nomadmania»-ն Արցախն աշխարհին ներկայացնում է որպես «հայկական դաժանությանը, ագրեսիային» ենթարկված «ադրբեջանական» տարածք։ Ադրբեջանն իր այս քայլը ծառայեցնում է ոչ թե «Սև զբոսաշրջությունը» զարգացնելու, այլ՝ իր ագրեսիան և այսօրվա դիրքերը լեգիտիմացնելու, հայերի բռնի էթնիկ զտումն արդարացնելու և «աշխարհի աչքերը փակելու» համար։
«Սև զբոսաշրջության» շրջանակներում, 1996 թվականից սկսած, զբոսաշրջիկների այցելություններ են կազմակերպվում աշխարհում տեղի ունեցած մեծ ողբերգությունների, զանգվածային մահացության վայրեր, գերեզմաններ, ռմբակոծված, ավերված քաղաքներ, նաև՝ թանգարաններ։ Աշխարհում նման հայտնի «զբոսաշրջային վայրեր» են սեպտեմբերի 11–ի Ազգային հուշակոթողն ու թանգարանը Նյու Յորքում, Ուկրաինայի Պրիպյատ ուրվական–քաղաքը, արքայադուստր Դիանայի զոհվելու վայրը Փարիզում և այլն։ Ընդ որում՝ տուրիզմի այս տեսակի նկատմամբ աշխարհում չկա միանշանակ վերաբերմունք։ Այն չի համարվում զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում որոշիչ նշանակություն ունեցող ենթաճյուղ, այլ հակառակը՝ կապվում է ագրեսիայի, տեռորիզմի և մահվան ու ողբերգությունների հետ՝ համարվելով շատ խոցելի և ոչ էթիկական։ Բազմաթիվ երկրներ չեն համաձայնում իրենց տուրիստական ուղղությունները տեսնել զբոսաշրջության այս ոլորտում։ Նույնիսկ որոշ երկրներում ողբերգությունների վայրերը հայտարարվում են «արգելված», որպեսզի «սև տուրիզմը» չհասնի այդտեղ։
Հայկական ազգային, մշակութային հետքն Արցախից մաքրելու, պատմությունը խեղաթյուրելու և իր ագրեսիան արդարացնելու համար ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն այսօր օգտագործում են «Սև զբոսաշրջությունը»։ Բաքվի այս քայլը փաստացի ի ցույց է դնում «Սև զբոսաշրջության» ոչ միայն ոչ բարոյական, այլև՝ քաղաքականացված կողմը։
