Ողբերգական դեպք․ մոտ 30 մետր խորությամբ ձորակից դուրս բերված տղամարդը հիվանդանոցի ճանապարհին մահացել է

Երեկ՝ մայիսի 6-ին, առեղծվածային ու ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 21։45-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Թումանյանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ Հաղպատ գյուղ տանող ճանապարհի 1-ին կմ-ին, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, «գլխի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը «Ալավերդի» բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը հիվանդանոց է ընդունվել «գանգի հիմքի կոտրվածք հարցականով, ողերի կոտրվածք ողնուղեղի վնասումով, գլխի գագաթային շրջանի պատռած վերք, գանգի վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ, ում տեղում անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել, ապա ռեանիմոբիլով Երևանի մասնագիտացված հիվանդանոցներից մեկը տեղափոխելու ժամանակ ճանապարհին՝ Փամբակի վարչական տարածքում, ինքնազգացողության կտրուկ վատացման պատճառով մահացել է։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզային քրեական վարչության պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանն ու ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի պետ Արտակ Գուրջանյանը։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության Սահակ Մկրտչյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Մնոյանի, Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Յուրիկ Բաղդասարյանի և հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկաններն ու Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 20։00-ի սահմաններում Հաղպատ բնակավայրի ավտոճանապարհի 1-ին կմ-ում, մթության պատճառով, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 57-ամյա Ալեքսանդր Շ․-ն իր անզգուշության հետևանքով սայթաքել, վայր է ընկել և հայտնվել մոտ 30 մետր խորությամբ ձորակում՝ ստանալով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Դեպքի փաստով Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում սպանություն (դժբախտ պատահար) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
