Առաջարկվում է արգելք սահմանել ՀՀ սահմանային մուտքի կետերում, հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտներում շահումով խաղի, ինտերնետ շահումով խաղի, վիճակախաղի գովազդի տեղադրման վրա: Այդ մասին ««Գովազդի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ Ազգային ժողովի՝ մայիսի 7-ի նիստին ներկայացրեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նարեկ Ղահրամանյանը:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ վերջին ժամանակներում սահմանային անցակետերում, 4 և 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցներում տեղադրված գովազդային վահանակների վրա տարբեր խաղային բիզնեսների, խաղատների, շահումով խաղերի հեռարձակվող գովազդի աճ է նկատվում, ինչը բացասաբար է ազդում Հայաստանի նկարագրի վրա՝ որպես զբոսաշրջային ուղղություն:

«Մարդիկ Հայաստան են գալիս, սահմանային անցակետում կամ օդանավակայանում տեսնում են տոտալիզատորի, շահումով խաղերի գովազդ, դրանից հետո գնում են 4 և 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցային համալիրներ, և այնպիսի տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ մի հատ մեծ խաղատուն են մտել: Արդյունքում՝ ստվերում են մնում ազգային արժեքները և այն իրականությունը, որ Հայաստանը մի երկիր է, որ հազարամյա պատմությամբ ու մշակույթով, տեսարժան վայրերով, բարի և հյուրասեր մադկանցով կարող է դասվել աշխարհի լավագույն զբոսաշրջային երկրների շարքին»,- ասաց նա:

Հարակից զեկուցող, ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հիշեցրեց՝ 2019-ին օրենք էր ընդունվել, համաձայն որի՝ շահումով խաղերի գովազդի արգելք էր սահմանվում՝ բացառությամբ խաղային կազինոների վրա, կազինոների կայքէջերում, օդանավակայանում, նաև 4 ու 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցներում գովազդների: Այս նախագծով առաջարկվում է արգելել նաև 4 և 5 աստղանի հյուրանոցներում, օդանավակայաններում և սահմանային անցակետերում թույլատրվող գովազդները:
