Լուծարվեց Գավառի մանկատունը

Կառավարությունը լուծարում է Գավառի մանկատունը։ Որոշումը կայացվեց գործադիրի այսօրվա՝ մայիսի 8-ի նիստում։
Գավառի մանկատունը գործում է 2002 թվականից՝ որպես առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած երեխաների շուրջօրյա խնամք և պաշտպանություն իրականացնող բնակչության սոցիալական պաշտպանության հաստատություն։ Հաստատությունն իրականացնում է 3-18 տարեկան 75 անձի խնամք։
Հաստատությանը պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 240․861․400 ՀՀ դրամի չափով գումար՝ երեխաների շուրջօրյա խնամքի և դաստիարակության ապահովման համար։
2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն է դիմել «ՍՕՍ-Մանկական Գյուղեր» հայկական բարեգործական հիմնադրամը և նշել, որ գործունեությունն իրականացնում է Երևան քաղաքում, Տավուշի, Կոտայքի և Շիրակի մարզերում: Հիմնադրամի մասնաճյուղերի կողմից իրականացվող հիմնական ծրագրերն են` ընտանիքների ամրապնդման ծառայությունները, երեխաների այլընտրանքային խնամքը (կարճաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ), որը հանդիսանում է ընտանեկան տիպի խնամք, այլ ընթացիկ ծրագրեր և ծառայություններ: Ընդ որում, ընտանեկան տիպի խնամքն իրականացվում է հատուկ դասընթացներն անցած ՍՕՍ ամուսնական զույգերի կամ ՍՕՍ ընտանիքի ղեկավարների (այսուհետ` խնամք իրականացնողներ) կողմից: Ընտանեկան տիպի խնամքն իրականացվում է Հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված առանձին տներում, որոնք ապահովված են երեխաների խնամքն ու դաստիարակությունը պատշաճ իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ գույքով և պայմաններով: Յուրաքանչյուր տանը կարող են խնամվել առավելագույնը 6-8 երեխա: Երեխաների խնամքը կազմակերպվում է խնամք իրականացնողների կողմից 24/7 ռեժիմով, բացառությամբ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեկ հանգստյան օրի և արձակուրդների ժամանակահատվածի, որի ընթացքում երեխայի խնամքով և դաստիարակությամբ զբաղվում են ընտանիքների օգնականները (վերջիններս անհրաժեշտության դեպքում աջակցում են երեխայի խնամքին նաև այլ ժամանակահատվածներում)․
Կառավարությունը, փակելով «Գավառի մանկատունը», այնտեղ խնամվող երեխաներին վերաուղեգրում է Հիմնադրամ։
