ՀՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն չեն քննարկել նախարարական պորտֆելների հետ կապված հարց

 Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության և ՀՅԴ-ի համագործակցության ձևաչափը հստակ կլինի առաջիկա մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: Նա նաև վստահեցրեց, որ այս փուլում ՀՅԴ-ի հետ նախարարական պորտֆելների հարց չի քննարկվել:«Պորտֆելների հարց չենք քննարկել: Համագործակցության շուրջ քննարկումները դեռ շարունակվում են: Առաջիկա մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում վերջնականապես ամեն ինչ կհստակեցվի: Քննարկումները շարունակվելու են՝ այսօր էլ, վաղն էլ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:

Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է կառավարությունում լինեն կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց, որ դժվար նման անհրաժեշտություն լինի: Դիտարկմանը, թե խոսակցություններ կան, որ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունը տարանջատվելու է արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից, իսկ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու է կամ Դավիթ Լոքյանը, կամ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարն ասաց. «Ես այդ մասին առաջին անգամ եմ լսում: Ամեն դեպքում, ես լուրերով չեմ առաջնորդվում, ես առաջնորդվում եմ փաստերով»:

Հարցին՝ Դավիթ Լոքյանին և Արծվիկ Մինասյանին տեսնո՞ւմ է նախարարի պաշտոնում, Բաղդասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Նրանք բավականին կայացած մարդիկ են: Երբ կքննարկվի այդ հարցը, ես խոստանում եմ մանրակրկիտ ներկայացնել»:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե այս ընթացքում ի՞նչ են քննարկել ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն, եթե պարտֆելների հարց չի քննարկվել, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ պորտֆելները իր համար ամենաերկրորդական հարցն է: «Պարզապես այս փուլում մենք հայացքների ճշգրտման խնդիր ունենք: Ի վերջո, բանակցում են երկու քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնք ունեն իրենց գաղափարախոսությունը, իրենց ծրագրերը: Եթե կա կոալիցիոն սկզբունք, եթե համագործակցությունը հասկանում ենք կոալիցիա, ապա այդ դեպքում շատ հարցեր պետք է համապատասխանեցվեն, որովհետև այդ դեպքում իրենք վերցնում են ոչ թե ձեր ասած առանձին պո րտֆելների, այլ բոլոր ոլորտների պատասխանատվությունը»,- հավելեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
