Իրանը չեղարկել է երկրում մրցակիցներ ունեցող օտարերկրյա ապրանքների ներմուծման հնգամյա արգելքը՝ բիզնեսներին թույլ տալով վերսկսել այնպիսի ապրանքների ներմուծումը, ինչպիսին են կենցաղային տեխնիկան, հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։
Իրանի նախագահության իրավաբանական վարչությունը Արդյունաբերության, հանքաարդյունաբերության և առևտրի նախարարությանը (MIMT) ուղղված նամակում նշել է, որ նախարարությունը կկարողանա պատվերներ տալ ինչպես արտասահմանյան արտադրության սպառողական ապրանքների, այնպես էլ տեղական արտադրության երկարատև օգտագործման ապրանքների համար, հաղորդում է ISNA-ն։
Ապրիլի 30-ի նամակում նշվում էր, որ 2019 թվականին սահմանված ապրանքների ներմուծման արգելքը տեղական արտադրողներին աջակցելու համար, լրացել է, և հավելվում է, որ MIMT-ն դեռևս կկարողանա կարգավորել ներմուծումը՝ որոշակի ապրանքների վրա մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելով։
Հրամանը հրապարակվել է Իրանում տարածված այն հայտարարությունների ֆոնին, որ կենցաղային տեխնիկայի նման ապրանքների ներմուծման արգելքը հանգեցրել է տեղական արտադրողների մենաշնորհի, ինչը սպառողներին ստիպել է չափազանց բարձր գին վճարել ցածրորակ ապրանքների համար։ Մյուսները պաշտպանել են արգելքը՝ հայտարարելով, որ այն նպաստել է տեղական արտադրությանը և կառավարությանը հնարավորություն է տվել կրճատել ներմուծման հսկայական ծախսերը արժույթի կայուն հասանելիությունը սահմանափակող ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների ֆոնին։
Իրանի կառավարության հրապարակած տվյալները վկայում են վերջին տարիներին ներքին արտադրական ակտիվության կայուն աճի մասին։ Սակայն, Իրանի կենցաղային տեխնիկայի արտադրողների ասոցիացիան հայտարարել է, որ MIMT-ն դեռևս չի սկսել ներմուծման հայտերի մշակումը ներմուծման սահմանափակումները վերացնող հրամանագրի հրապարակումից մեկ շաբաթ անց։
Իրանի նախկին վարչական կառավարությունը 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին լիակատար արգելք էր սահմանել կենցաղային տեխնիկայի ներմուծման վրա, ինչը հանգեցրել էր հարավկորեական Samsung և LG ընկերությունների արտադրած մոդելների ներմուծման զգալի կրճատմանը։ Այդ ժամանակ աղբյուրները հայտնել էին, որ արգելքը նաև պատասխան էր Հարավային Կորեայի կողմից ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների պատճառով երկրում սառեցված իրանական միջոցները վերադարձնելու մերժմանը։
