«Սիրելի ժողովուրդ ի հայրենիս և ի սփյուռս,
Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում հաղթանակի հոբելյանական 80-ամյակը և Շուշիի ազատագրման ու Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի ստեղծման տարեդարձները նշում ենք մեր ժողովրդի համար թանկ ու կարևոր հիշատակներով։
Յուրաքանչյուր հաղթանակ ձեռք է բերվում հավատքով, անդուլ մաքառումով և փորձությունների դիմակայումով։ Բազմադարյա մեր պատմության ընթացքում մեր ժողովուրդը անձնազոհաբար պայքարել է իր անկախ և արժանապատիվ կյանքի համար՝ մշտապես ձգտելով արդարության ու խաղաղության հաստատման։ Այս գիտակցությամբ են հարյուր հազարավոր հայորդիներ Խորհրդային Միության այլ ժողովուրդների հետ մարտնչել ընդդեմ ֆաշիզմի, հանուն ապահով ու բարօր աշխարհի հաստատման։ Այս նույն գիտակցությամբ է ազգս նաև պաշտպանել արցախահայության հարազատ հողում անկախ ու անվտանգ ապրելու իրավունքը։
Սիրելիներ, այսօր էլ մեր ազգին ու հայրենիքին պատուհասած արհավիրքների՝ Արցախի հայաթափման, Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների հանդիման մենք պիտի աննկուն մնանք մեր ոգու արիությամբ, հավատքի ամրությամբ, լուսավոր ապագայի տեսիլքով և միշտ հիշենք, որ նշանակալի հաղթանակներ կերտել ենք միայն միասնականությամբ, հայրենիքի հանդեպ սիրով ու նվիրվածությամբ։ Արդ, խոնարհում բերելով մեր հերոսների անմար հիշատակի առջև՝ ներշնչվենք նրանց պայծառ օրինակով և համատեղ ջանքերով ու միմյանց սատարումով շենացնենք մեր կյանքի անդաստանը նոր ձեռքբերումներով և ազգաշահ իրագործումներով։
Հաղթանակի և խաղաղության տոնի առիթով Հայրապետական Մեր սերն ու օրհնությունը և շնորհավորանքն ենք հղում Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին, Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակիցներին և աշխարհասփյուռ համայն մեր ժողովրդին:
Աղոթք ենք բարձրացնում աշխարհի խաղաղության, մեր հայրենիքի ու ժողովրդի անվտանգ, ապահով ու բարօր կյանքի համար և հայցում Բարձրյալից, որ այլևս մարդկային կյանքում տեղ չգտնեն ֆաշիզմի սոսկալի դրսևորումները, աղետալի պատերազմներ ու արհավիրքներ։ Թող հարուցյալ Տիրոջ շնորհներն ու օրհնությունը լինեն մեզ հետ այսօր և միշտ և հավիտյանս․ ամեն»։
