Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մի շարք պետական գերատեսչությունների մոտ ավանդույթ է ձևավորվել արտահայտվել միայն իրենց ձեռքբերումների մասին և խուսափել սեփական ձախողումների մասին խոսելուց, ինչի արդյունքում քննադատությունները հաճախ ընկալվում են ոչ ադեկվատ, քան այդ գերատեսչությունները համարում են, թե պետության համար կատարում են «առաջին գծում կանգնած զինվորի դերը»:

Այսպես՝ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նշել է, թե անբարոյականություն է դիվանագետներին քննադատելը, նրանց վրա քարեր շպրտելը, քանի որ դիվանագետները նույնպես զինվորներն են: Է. Նալբանդյանի այս համեմատությունը բոլորովին տեղին չէ, քանի որ գործել արտաքին քաղաքական ճակատում, չի նշանակում, որ դիվանագետներին չի կարելի քննադատել, առավել ևս՝ անբարոյականություն համարել նրանց քննադատելը, քանի որ քննադատության է արժանանում նա, ով գործ է անում:

Ավելին՝ առողջ քննադատությունները կարող են արդյունավետ և օգտակար լինել դիվանագետների համար՝ իրենց ջանքերն ի գործ դնելու և ոլորտում առկա շատ բացեր լրացնելուն տեսանկյունից: Եթե հաշվի առնենք նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ շատ դիվանագետներ իրենց պաշտոնը դիտում են միայն արտասահման գնալու և սոցիալական կարգավիճակը բարելավելու մարմաջ:

Կարիք կա, որ արտգործնախարարը, քննադատություններից խուսափելու նպատակով խրամատից այն կողմ թաքնվելու փոխարեն, իր ջանքերը ի գործ դնի, դիվանագիտական վրիպումները ուղղելու և Հայաստանն արտերկրում պատշաճ ներկայացնելու համար:
