Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը Կասպից ծովը միացնում են Պարսից ծոցին

Իրանի կառավարությունը Կապից ծովը Պարսից ծոցին միացնելու հսկա ջրանցքի նախագծի աշխատանքներ է սկսել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում են Իրանի եւ Ռուսաստանի ինտերնետային աղբյուրները:
Նշվում է, որ Կասպից ծովը Պարսից ծոցին միացնելու գաղափարն առկա է դեռեւս 19-րդ դարավերջից: Սակայն, առաջին անգամ Իրանն այդ հարցը 90-ականների սկզբին է Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունների առարկա դարձրել: Ռուսաստանը հավանություն է տվել անդրիրանյան ջրանցքի անցկացման գաղափարին: Սակայն, 1997 թվականին Իրանի նկատմամբ Արեւմուտքի պատժամիջոցները տարածվել են Կասպից ծով - Պարսից ծոց ջրանցքի նախագծի վրա եւս:
Այժմ Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերացումից հետո դարձյալ արդիականացել է այդ ռազմավարական ջրային երակի ստեղծման գաղափարը:
Նշվում է, որ ներկայում Իրանն այդ նախագիծը մտցրել է առաջնություն ունեցող նախագծերի շարքը: Նախագծի վրա աշխատանքները թեժացել են, որին ներգրավվել են նաեւ արտասահմանցի մանսագետներ: Պնդումներ են հնչում, որ ջրանցքը կարող է նույնիկս շահագործման հանձնվել 2020 թվականին:
Ջրանցքի ընդհանուր երկարությունը 735,250 մ է: Ջրանցքի շինարարության վրա, 2013 թվականին հաշվարկներով, նախատեսվում է ծախսել 10 մլրդ դոլար: Հաշվարկների համաձայն` նախագծին արված ներդրումը կվերադառնա 5 տարվա ընթացքում: 2000 թվականին Ռուսաստան-Իրան միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստում անգամ նախնական համաձայնություն էր ձեռք բերվել ջրանցքի պատնեշների պատրաստման եւ «ծով-գետ» տիպի նավերի շինարարության մասին:
Ջրանցքը հնարավորություն կընձեռնի կասպյան տարածաշրջանի երկրներից Պարսից ծոց եւ ովկիանոս բեռնափոխադրումների համար:
