«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է կեղծ տեղեկությունների տարածումը Հայաստանի հասցեին՝ կրկին ակտիվացնելով բնապահպանական ուղղությունը։ 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին Ադրբեջանում COP29 համաժողովի ձախողումից հետո մի քանի ամիս ադրբեջանական կողմը զերծ էր մնում բնապահպանական հարցերը բարձրացնելուց՝ հասկանալով, որ միջազգային հանրությունն առանձնապես լուրջ չի վերաբերվել հայկական կողմին հասցեագրված բնապահպանական մեղադրանքներին, բայց կարճ ժամանակ անց պաշտոնական Բաքուն կրկին սկսել է Հայաստանի հասցեին կեղծ տեղեկություններ տարածել։

Թիրախը, ինչպես միշտ, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն է, որը Հայաստանի տնտեսության ողնաշարն է ու թիվ մեկ հարկատուն, որի վճարած գումարներն էլ կազմում են պետական բյուջեի բավականին խոշոր հատվածը, ուստի և թշնամական պետության նպատակը Հայաստանին թուլացնելն է, առաջին հերթին՝ տնտեսական առումով։ Որպեսզի երկիրը չկարողանա վերականգնվել պատերազմից հետո, առավել ևս՝ զենք գնել, Բաքուն շարունակում է ԶՊՄԿ-ի դեմ իր կեղտոտ քարոզչությունը։ Մի երկիր, որտեղ բնապահպանություն պարզապես գոյություն չունի, իսկ հանքերի դեմ երբևէ բողոքած որևէ քաղաքացի անպայման հայտնվել է ոստիկանական մահակների տակ, այսօր Հայաստանին է մեղադրում, ընդ որում, շարունակելով օգտագործել տեղական «վայ-բնապահպանների» ուղղորդված զեկույցները, թե իբր ԶՊՄԿ-ն աղտոտում է շրջակա տարածքը։ Նույնիսկ իրանական փորձագետները մի քանի անգամ հատուկ զեկույցներ էին հրապարակել՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանից որևէ աղտոտում չի իրականացվում, ընդհուպ Արաքս գետի վերաբերյալ հատուկ զեկույց էր ներկայացվել՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը երբեք որևէ աղտոտված նյութ չի նետում գետը։

Մինչ թշնամին շարունակում է իր այս կեղտոտ քաղաքականությունը, Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը արդիականացման նոր փուլ է մտել՝ լուրջ տեխնիկական վերազինում իրականացնելով, որպեսզի ապահովի ամենաբարձր ստանդարտները։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, առաջատար կազմակերպությունների լավագույն տեխնիկան է բերվելու Հայաստան։

Բայց այստեղ անելիք ունեն նաև Հայաստանի պետական մարմինները. պետք է գիտակցել, որ բնապահպանական մեղադրանքները բավական լուրջ են։ Եթե մի քանի ամիս առաջ Ադրբեջանը ձախողվել է այդ ուղղությամբ, չի նշանակում, որ հետագայում չի փորձելու նույնը կրկնել, ուստի պետք է տարբեր փորձագետների և մասնագետների խմբեր հրավիրել Հայաստան, նրանց ցույց տալ, թե ինչպես են աշխատում հայկական հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերությունները, որոնք պահպանում են միջազգային բոլոր ստանդարտները։
